The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, September 20, tease that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will continue to feel under the weather. As B&B viewers know, Katie has had an intense few days. She recently had a big confrontation with Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), during which she blasted her niece for getting away with everything she did to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). She got quite upset and told Flo to leave Los Angeles and never come back.
But it seems that Katie will soon have some other problems to worry about, aside from the situation with Flo. As B&B viewers know, Katie has just bailed on an outing in the park with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Will Spencer (Finnigan George) because she wasn’t feeling well. She stated that she was feeling tired and had a pain in her back, which is unusual for Katie, who’s usually enthusiastic about family time with her guys.
On Friday’s episode, it looks like things will take a drastic turn with Katie’s health. According to B&B spoilers, Bill will support Katie when she needs him, and he’ll even forgo work to remain by her side, which indicates that Katie will be feeling absolutely terrible. She will probably try to downplay how bad she’s feeling, but it seems that Bill won’t want to leave her side. It will be a big moment for Bill, as he puts Katie above his work at Spencer Publications.
Unfortunately, B&B spoilers indicate that Katie will be in bad shape, and her health will take a sudden and drastic turn for the worse. She’ll end up collapsing, which will leave Bill terrified and panicked. He won’t know what’s caused Katie’s sudden collapse, only that she wasn’t feeling well in the time leading up to the collapse. It’s sure to scare Bill and Will to death, and they’ll see to it that Katie is rushed to the hospital asap.
Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B on Friday, September 20, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will be feeling pretty guilty. As B&B viewers know, he spent the night with Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) after his drunken binge at Bikini Bar. Ridge was upset after a fight with his wife, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Shauna took care of him and made sure that he didn’t drive home. Of course, Shauna isn’t exactly Brooke’s favorite person right now, and Ridge would like to keep the whole incident a secret from her.
But that will lead him to feel terrible for keeping something so important from Brooke. As he and Brooke continue to make up and try to repair the huge rift between them, B&B spoilers say that Ridge will wind up making a big promise that may prove difficult for him to keep. Exactly what that promise will be remains to be seen, but it’s likely that it will have something to do with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
As B&B viewers know, Brooke and Ridge just don’t see eye to eye when it comes to Thomas, and since Thomas is about to be released from the hospital and will be expecting to come home, some decisions will have to be made. Brooke has stated on more than one occasion that she doesn’t want Thomas back home, and so Ridge may need to make other arrangements for his son.
Perhaps Ridge will promise to keep Thomas from upsetting or hurting anyone, or perhaps the promise will have to do with keeping Thomas away from Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) or being alone with the little boy. At any rate, it looks like Ridge may make a promise that he knows will be difficult to keep, which should only bring problems down the road.
