The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) could be on the verge of a breakdown. She’ll do her best to keep it together in the coming weeks, but it may not be long until she’s falling apart. The death of a child is an incredibly difficult thing to overcome. Hope had already faced a miscarriage, so she must feel like the universe is really against her when it comes to kids.
To make matters worse, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will adopt a new bundle of joy down the road. That’ll only add to Hope’s pain and could easily fuel the conflict between the two women in Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) life. However, Hope could eventually soften and find herself drawn to Kelly Spencer’s (Zoe Pennington) sister. She could feel this inexplicable pull to the little one.
Of course, that’s because Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) will likely put Beth in Steffy’s hands. After all the hints B&B’s set up, there’s no way that kid’s dead. The show is clearly preparing a story where Steffy brings home Hope’s baby to raise as her own. She’ll undoubtedly be under the impression that it’s some poor, abandoned child who desperately needed a mom.
Steffy may suggest that Hope should spend time with her girls. She might argue that they’re all family, so Hope’s welcome to find comfort in her daughters. Neither one of them would realize Steffy’s adopted baby is the one Hope gave birth to. Naturally, this would be the perfect opportunity for Hope to feel drawn to the kid and become too attached.
At some point, Liam may think this is becoming an unhealthy obsession. He might warn Hope to back off and give herself space to heal. That’s when Hope could admit that she feels like the kid’s hers. She might even have some other clues to back up the idea.
That birthmark has to become part of the story sooner or later, so maybe Hope will meet the dead baby’s mother along the way. She might grow curious when she hears that another woman gave birth on Catalina Island that day and her daughter had an identical birthmark. Unfortunately, Liam may think it all sounds implausible at first. He might argue that Hope’s grief is simply driving her off the deep end.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope could end up looking awfully crazy down the road. How far will B&B take this? Could Liam have Hope committed over her seemingly nutty claims? Regardless, this storyline is sure to bring a wild ride!
