The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will continue to struggle with her losses. The worst part has been losing Beth Spencer, but her split from Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) has been no picnic either. Hope feels it was for the best, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t in pain.
Liam’s back at Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) place raising the girls, so Hope is both satisfied and heartbroken. However, seeing Liam with Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington and Chloe Teperman) and “Phoebe Forrester” (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) reinforces what Hope thought all along. She believes those little ones deserve and now have a great dad.
It seems Hope will start to make a subconscious mental connection. Hope already feels a special bond with “Phoebe,” but she’ll feel it even more as Liam’s love for the kid grows. That’s why Hope will do something that leaves Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) in panic mode. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will start calling “Phoebe” by the name of Beth.
Hope may or may not use it to the baby’s face. It might not be something Steffy and Liam hear either – at least not just yet. It’s possible Hope will simply slip up when talking to Thomas. She might suggest that as hard as it’s been, she’s so happy to see Liam stepping up as a father to Beth. Hope may quickly correct herself, but Thomas will definitely notice and freak out.
During the week of June 24-28, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will have a bit of a meltdown. This apparent slip of the tongue will leave Thomas scrambling to make sure it doesn’t happen again. The last thing Thomas needs is Hope inadvertently putting ideas in anyone’s head. You can’t be too careful when you’re trying to hide a baby’s survival!
Thomas may firmly remind Hope that this child is “Phoebe,” not Beth. He could insist that Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden) gave Steffy a wonderful gift and now Liam gets to enjoy that gift, too. Of course, B&B fans know Thomas will just be selling more lies, but he’ll think it’s justified. He’ll refuse to let Hope blow everything by putting people on the right Beth track.
Thomas won’t want Hope making any kind of mental association between “Phoebe” and Beth. He may urge Hope to steer clear of the kid indefinitely and let “Steam” handle raising her. Thomas might manage to break Hope’s heart even more, but he’ll likely just exploit that situation, too.
In other words, Thomas can add to Hope’s pain and be the one to comfort her. He can use this to draw Hope closer, which is just downright appalling! We’ll give you updates as other B&B news comes in.
