The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that one CBS soap star recently opened up about a special outing. B&B viewers know Jacqueline MacInnes Wood as Steffy Forrester, who’s a fantastic mom to Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington) on the show. However, Wood is also a great real-life mom to her young son, Rise. She shared some sweet pics of her pride and joy during their latest trip to the beach.
On Instagram, Wood always enjoys posting photos of her personal life and giving everyone a mother’s perspective. Having a baby is a huge change, so it naturally brings plenty of lessons and revelations. Wood’s post explained how Rise is an inspiration to her and undoubtedly garnered a collective “aww” from her fans.
“What was the best thing that happened to you this past weekend? Mine was experiencing the beach through my sons eyes,” Wood said. “He inspires me to see life through a different lens. Keeps me present.”
Rise Was Having Fun In The Sun And Exploring The Sand
Rise certainly seemed happy to explore the sand and have a little fun in the sun. Wood posted another pic with the family dog, so everybody was having a good time.
Wood admitted that Rise has loads of toys, but he’d still rather play with “a wooden spoon, a cardboard box or his Big Sisters tail.” That big sister, of course, is Wood’s pit bull. She had one more recent “#momlife” confession, which involved a familiar problem for mothers of little ones. Many families have tried to take cranky kids out only to get dirty looks over their loud outbursts. Wood insisted she actually loves hearing those meltdowns.
“I love when I hear babies cry in a restaurant now because then it puts me at ease knowing if my baby has a meltdown I’m not the only one,” Wood confessed. “We Mama’s gotta stick together #momlife #7monthsoldbabyboy.”

In the replies, Katherine Kelly Lang (The Bold and the Beautiful’s Brooke Forrester) told Wood how “gorgeous and cute” the photo was. Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers on The Young and the Restless) also chimed in with “Adorable!!!”
It seems like Wood’s adjusted to motherhood nicely. Rise is definitely a cutie who enjoyed this day at the beach and will undoubtedly have many more outings with his mom.
