The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will host a special gathering with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). As Independence Day approaches, Liam and Steffy may feel like everyone could use a good celebration. There have been so many losses over the last few months, so it’d be nice for the gang to just kick back and party.
Once Steffy and Liam make all the arrangements, they’ll welcome their guests and have a wonderful time. Of course, they’ll manage to focus on their family, too. These proud parents will put the girls in some Fourth of July outfits and hang out with them on this summer holiday. Beth Spencer (Zoe Pennington) and “Phoebe Forrester” (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) should have a blast.
However, Liam will surprise Steffy as the night winds down. He’ll cozy up to his former flame and kiss her passionately. It won’t be long until things escalate, so “Steam” will be back on in the bedroom. Steffy may wonder where all of this is coming from, but she’ll definitely want it as well. They’ll make love, but Liam will be a bit foggy on what happened the next morning.
Once Liam really thinks about it, everything will come flooding back. He’ll remember the fire he felt with Steffy, and he won’t deny that he enjoyed the rekindled spark. Even so, Liam won’t know quite got into him. That’s because he won’t realize he was drugged by Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Liam will have no idea this whole thing was a plot orchestrated by obsessed, manipulative Thomas.
Instead, Liam will assume he simply got carried away with someone he still cares a great deal for. He’ll revel in the sex afterglow with Steffy, but his heart will still be heavy. It hasn’t been that long since Liam split from Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), and there’s still a lot of love between them. Liam will feel like he betrayed Hope in some way, so he’ll feel the need to go to her and confess.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will do just that, but the results will be more painful than he could’ve imagined. B&B fans can expect Hope to be completely devastated. It’ll be a conversation full of heartache, regret and longing for what might’ve been.
Nevertheless, Thomas may get his wish. This could make Hope see that she has to accept the situation and move on romantically just like Liam’s doing.
