The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, December 23, tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will continue their conversation at the Forrester mansion. As B&B viewers know, Ridge summoned Brooke to the mansion, and while she was there, Ridge learned that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) had moved on romantically with Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes).
Now Ridge has shared that information with Brooke, and she’s skeptical about the whole thing. Brooke pointed out that Thomas’ obsession with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) almost certainly remains intact despite him now dating Zoe. Ridge just doesn’t see it, though, and he thinks that Thomas moving on with Zoe is a good sign for everyone.
In fact, it seems that Ridge will explain to Brooke that there’s still hope for their marriage, and that Thomas moving on with Zoe should give her some additional motivation to forgive him and get past what he’s done. According to B&B spoilers, Ridge will give Brooke a chance to do what he feels is the right thing and forgive Thomas so that their marriage can be salvaged.
But ongoing The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that Brooke will not be willing to forgive Thomas and save her marriage to Ridge. Specifically, it seems that Ridge will once again turn to Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) after a difficult day, so it looks like Brooke will refuse to forgive Thomas, which will be Ridge’s condition for getting back together.
Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B on Monday, December 23, Thomas will continue on with his ruse. As B&B viewers know, he has pretended to move on with Zoe in a romantic relationship, all for the purposes of getting Hope to work with him on her line for the fashion showdown. He even managed to get Hope to witness him kissing Zoe at Forrester Creations, all to further his big plan.
Of course, he just wants to work closely with Hope on her line, so that Hope eventually falls for him and turns her back on Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). And so far, his ruse is working, since Hope managed to convince Liam that working with Thomas on her line was the only way to save Hope For The Future and have any shot of winning the fashion showdown against Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
According to B&B spoilers, Thomas will be feeling pretty happy with his plan on Monday’s episode, and he’ll truly believe that Hope will soon be his. Thomas really seems to be living in fantasy land and doesn’t see what’s going on right in front of him. In fact, his intense focus on the ruse he’s trying to pull off with Zoe has left him blind to what she’s really up to.
As B&B viewers know, Zoe is working as a spy for Liam and Steffy. They want to know exactly what Thomas is up to and what his intentions are with Hope. As it turns out, the only reason Zoe got her job back at Forrester Creations was so that she could spy on Thomas for Liam and Steffy. But Thomas is oblivious to this…so far.
It will be interesting to see whether Thomas ever gets suspicious of Zoe and all her questions as time goes by. Likewise, it will be interesting to see whether Zoe’s loyalties change at all over time. After all, she really likes Thomas, and as they get closer, she could decide to actually work against Steffy and Liam and tell Thomas what they’re up to. That would be a mess and would give Thomas a huge advantage.
