The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that another golden opportunity could head Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) way. B&B fans know Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) is conflicted about working as a double agent. She cares about Thomas and like Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), hopes there’s a chance he’s turned things around.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) believes Thomas is still plotting, but he pushed Steffy and Zoe to help him seek the truth either way. However, Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) involvement could present a problem. She’ll join this new secret circle and could perhaps spark some fears in Zoe. Liam will also grow concerned about how far Thomas will go to be with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). The question could then become: How far will Liam go to stop Thomas?
Zoe could easily begin to feel like Liam and Brooke are ganging up on Thomas. She may fear that they’ll manipulate the situation to get the outcome they want. In other words, Zoe might think Thomas has changed but will be set up to look guilty. That’s obviously not something Zoe would go for, so she would likely blab the whole plan to Thomas in that case.
Even if Thomas just figures it out on his own, B&B has an interesting chance to rev up the drama. Thomas will be at a major advantage if he figures out what Liam, Steffy, Zoe and ultimately Brooke are up to. He would surely view it as a takedown mission and not a pursuit of the truth – although the truth is he’s indeed still obsessed and scheming.
To be fair, Brooke and Liam really do want to take Thomas down. They think he’s guilty and want him to be exposed. That could get a lot tougher if Zoe spills all and gives Thomas the upper hand. If Thomas learns about this plot against him, what will he do? It’s reasonable to assume Thomas will plot against Steffy and Liam as well, but he might think the outcome’s a beneficial one for all parties involved.
Thomas might set “Steam” up instead and make Hope think they’re sneaking around for a very different reason! He could try to push Liam and Steffy together, which would leave Hope in need of someone to lean on. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will likely reunite with Liam in the new year. Thomas could play a huge role in how that happens, so stay tuned.
