The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, July 18, tease that it will be Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) wedding day, and the rushed ceremony will be just hours away. As B&B viewers know, both Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) are dreading the day, and they couldn’t each help but to reminisce about their own marriage and what ultimately tore them apart.
As Hope prepares for her wedding, she’ll face some difficult feelings. Her mom Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will probably keep on trying to encourage her to call the whole thing off. As B&B viewers know, Brooke made a big appeal on the night prior to the wedding for Hope to wake up and smell the coffee. Brooke knows that Thomas will be expecting a lot from Hope after the “I Dos” are said, and that Hope just isn’t ready for it all.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Hope will indeed consider her options on her wedding day, and she will probably face some very serious doubts about going through with the whole thing. She absolutely does not love Thomas, but she adores Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) and desperately wants to put her motherly instincts to good use with him.
Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B on Thursday, July 18, Thomas will be in his full manipulative glory. He will spend time preparing for the ceremony with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Douglas, who will be his best man. It looks like Ridge and Thomas will discuss the wedding and the circumstances surrounding it once again.
It also looks like the topic of Brooke’s opposition to the wedding will come up. Of course, Thomas is aware that Brooke isn’t exactly happy about the wedding, since she’s made it clear that she would prefer for Hope to be with Liam. But Thomas isn’t aware of how dangerous and obsessed Brooke thinks he is over her daughter.
Well, it looks like Ridge might let something slip about Brooke’s true feelings, because B&B spoilers indicate that Thomas will take some careful action to warn Brooke through Ridge about not interfering with the wedding. Exactly how it all goes down remains to be seen, but it appears that Thomas will issue a warning to Ridge about consequences if “anyone” tries to thwart the wedding.
We’ll see if Ridge actually passes the warning along to Brooke and how that goes over. At any rate, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers don’t indicate at this point that Brooke herself will do anything to stop the wedding (at least not any more than she’s already done), so maybe Thomas’ warning will have the desired effect.
It certainly looks like this wedding is going to happen, along with some dramatic twists and turns along the way. Thomas is certainly determined to make Hope his wife, and chances are he’s more determined to make the wedding happen than others are to put a stop to it!
