The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, August 13, tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will be deeply concerned about his daughter. Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was a mess when she realized she’d been raising Hope Forrester’s (Annika Noelle) baby girl. Once she wrapped her head around “Phoebe Forrester” actually being Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez), it was time to let Beth go home with her true mother.
Of course, that certainly wasn’t an easy thing to do, so Ridge will fret about Steffy’s heartbreak. His own heart will break as well since he hates to see Steffy in so much pain. A little piece of Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will feel sorry for Steffy, but she’ll mostly be stuck on Hope’s joy. After months of intense grief, Hope finally has Beth back and doesn’t have to carry that burden anymore.
B&B spoilers say the contrast in Ridge and Brooke’s emotions could bring some bickering. They may not feel like they’re truly understanding each other’s pain – or the situations their daughters are facing. Things could head downhill fast in this marriage, especially after Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) next round of dark behavior. It’ll be interesting to see if “Bridge” can survive the storm.
Meanwhile, Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will be on the verge of a new beginning. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say they’ll head back to the cabin for more bonding with Beth. Hope’s missed a lot of moments and milestones, but she doesn’t intend to miss anymore. Her happiness will warm Liam’s heart and so will her declaration of love.
Hope will assure Liam that despite their annulment and her new marriage, she never stopped loving him. Liam’s always been “the one,” even when Hope was pushing him away for the children’s sake. Once Liam hears Hope’s sweet confession, he’ll likely make a confession, too. Liam may insist that his love for Hope never wavered.
Although Liam slept with Steffy, he wouldn’t have jumped in bed with her so fast without Thomas’ drugs. Liam has made his love clear to Hope all along, so now’s the time to remind her. It looks like “Lope” will want to get their relationship back on track and move forward as a united family with Beth.
