The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, December 17, teases that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will insist Zoe Buckingham’s (Kiara Barnes) help is necessary. B&B fans know Liam’s anxious to expose Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) true intentions. He’s convinced that Thomas is still scheming, but Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) hoping that’s not the case. She’d much rather prove Thomas has changed for the better, but she wants the truth either way.
Zoe could play a crucial role in uncovering that truth – but only if Steffy will agree to it. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will strengthen his pitch on Tuesday. He’ll make a strong case for why Zoe should join their scheme. Steffy won’t think Zoe can be trusted, but Liam will feel like they’re all on the same side here. He’ll do his best to convince Steffy that Zoe’s their best bet.
Naturally, Liam will have to talk Zoe into it as well. Signing up for this sneaky plan would mean serving as a double agent and keeping more secrets. Zoe would have to deceive Thomas, which could be dangerous depending on how all this pans out. Nevertheless, Liam may offer assure Zoe that she’ll be protected. They simply need Zoe to get the inside scoop on Thomas and report back.
Zoe will eventually decide she’s in, but Steffy won’t be willing to rehire her just yet. She might argue that Zoe needs to prove she’s up to the challenge first. Later this week, Zoe will indeed get a formal offer to return to Forrester Creations. Until then, Thomas will be hard at work on a new strategy.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Thomas will shift tactics in his plan to win Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) heart. He’ll decide jealousy might be the quickest way to show Hope how she really feels about him. Thomas will create a romantic setup and call Hope over, which will lead to some wrong assumptions. After Hope flies off the handle, Thomas will take great pleasure in revealing that he intends to wine and dine someone else.
Of course, that someone else is Zoe, which will ultimately complicate her plan with Liam and Steffy.
