The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Tuesday, January 15, tease that we’ll hear the details of Dr. Reese Buckingham’s (Wayne Brady) true history with Florence (Katrina Bowden). She introduced herself to Dr. Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) as the mother of the baby Reese presented. Florence claimed she got in touch with Reese through an adoption agency and needs a good home for her daughter.
Of course, that’s a load of lies. This baby obviously belongs to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Reese just needs to make some quick cash and selling Beth Spencer is an easy strategy. It turns out Florence is a friend who works in a Las Vegas casino. These two go way back and it seems they’ve done this before – or at least Flo has!
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Florence has adoption experience of some sort. Perhaps she’s posed as several baby mamas over the years. Whether she did it for Reese or another baby-stealing doctor, this probably isn’t the first time Florence has duped an adoptive mother. There could be other kids out there who stolen and ended up in new homes.
Regardless, Reese is only concerned about pulling this plot off at the moment. Taylor’s on board, so that just leaves Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). The timing isn’t perfect, but Reese will hope that’s not too big of a hurdle. He needs Steffy to accept this offer ASAP so he can get the money and pay off the thug. Zoe Buckingham’s (Kiara Barnes) life is at stake!
Steffy wanted a sister for Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington), but she never expected it to happen so fast. Nevertheless, Taylor will try to convince Steffy that this is the right move. She’ll think Kelly and her new sister could have a bond just like the one Steffy had with her twin, Phoebe Forrester. B&B spoilers say Taylor will make a solid case for an immediate adoption.
Steffy will be hesitant at first, but she’ll eventually begin to see the benefits. If she acts now, Kelly and her little sis can be close in age. That’ll boost the chances of them forming a strong connection. Steffy could end up waiting a long time if she passes up this shot. She’ll realize she needs to meet with Florence and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
Taylor will leave Reese’s name out of this at his request, so that’ll be a huge secret to come out later. Steffy is clearly about to adopt Beth, which means chaos will erupt down the road!
