The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, January 22, tease that Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) will once again be in the hot seat. His old friend Flo (Katrina Bowden) has been staying with him and pretending to be mom to the newborn infant that he’s hiding in his apartment. Flo isn’t privy to everything Reese knows about the infant, but she’s playing along anyway.
But that doesn’t mean that Flo is without her suspicions. She recently questioned Reese about what was really going on with the infant and she specifically wanted to know if Reese was in some sort of trouble. Reese denied any problems and handled her questions without really telling her anything, but Flo can sense that something’s up.
On Tuesday’s episode, Flo may do a little searching for answers. She’s going to find some evidence that Reese is using her to advance his own personal agenda. Exactly what she finds remains to be seen, but it will be something shocking that will cause her considerable concern about the infant and her role as “mom,” and she’ll want to confront Reese about it asap.
Meanwhile, on the new B&B episode on Tuesday, January 22, Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will continue to grieve and wonder why Beth was taken from her, while Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) seriously considers adopting. Steffy will ponder the private adoption opportunity that has fallen into her lap, and the more she thinks about it, the more she’ll want to go for it.
She’ll know that she still has a long way to go before she decides whether or not this opportunity is for her. Steffy still needs to meet the birth mother and arrange things with an attorney, but she’ll at least start to feel like she’s ready to take that step. Steffy just wants to give Kelly Spencer (Chloe Teperman and Zoe Pennington) a sister so badly, and this seems like the perfect opportunity to do so.
