The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, January 29, tease that the moment of truth will arrive. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) just enjoyed a sweet visit with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington and Chloe Teperman) and soon-to-be “Phoebe Forrester” (Rosalind Aune and Isabella de Armes). He agrees that this baby is a great fit for the family.
However, Liam also knows this adoption is going to break Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) heart all over again. He’ll realize it’d be better to spill the news himself, so that’s exactly what he’ll do in Tuesday’s B&B episode. Liam will approach Hope and gently remind her that Steffy wanted to adopt another baby. He’ll admit that she’s in the process of doing it right now, so Hope’s sure to be floored.
Hope will be surprised that all of this happened so fast. She’ll struggle to wrap her head around it, but she’ll be hit with anger once she finally does. Hope won’t think it’s fair that Steffy gets two precious little girls while she suffers without even one. She’ll desperately wish Beth Spencer could be the sister in Kelly’s life, but she’ll try to accept what she can’t change.
After Hope works through her shock and rage, she’ll do her best to be happy for Steffy. Hope can only do so much right now, but she’ll appreciate that it’s beneficial for Kelly to have a sibling. Liam may convince Hope to focus on the positives here. Kelly’s getting a sister to bond with and this baby’s getting a loving home, so there are certainly reasons to celebrate this new addition
Hope will try to concentrate on the good that’s coming out of this adoption, but she’ll remain distraught. It’ll be a while before Hope can let go of her pain enough to deal with it. Meanwhile, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will be in panic mode. Doubts will once again creep in during Flo’s next chat with Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady).
Flo will fear that they’ve taken too many risks and will ultimately pay the price. Their baby scheme could blow up in their faces if they aren’t careful. Of course, Reese will want Flo to calm down and keep quiet. He’ll believe they can handle the pressure if they just stick to the plan and never let anyone know this child is Beth.
