The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, May 22, tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will have a lot on their minds. There are definitely some things they need to be honest about as they decide how to move forward. “Lope’s” marriage hasn’t been the same since Beth Spencer died, so they have to determine if what’s left of it is worth fighting for.
B&B fans know Hope and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) are very different women. They come with their own distinctive qualities, strengths and weaknesses. Liam has been drawn to both of them over the years, and he still has a lot of love for each one. However, Liam can’t be in a serious relationship with two people and that’s a real dilemma.
Although Liam cares deeply for Hope, he can’t help but miss Steffy and the girls, too. They could be a family if Liam makes the leap, which is what Hope’s been pushing for. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say we’ll hear some confessions on Wednesday. Liam may admit part of him gets where Hope’s coming from. He may come clean about longing to be near the girls…and Steffy.
Hope has also been growing closer to Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) lately. That’s partly due to Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) manipulation, but she genuinely cares about the kid as well. Hope believes they were meant to come together, so she’ll share how strongly she feels about that on Wednesday. She’ll want to make sure Liam understands her pain and the place it’s led her to.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam and Hope will find some form of peace in all this. Their conversation will bring heartache, but they’ll take comfort in their connection and candor. Their marriage will fall apart, but at least they’ll come to grips with what’s happening and deal with it together.
Elsewhere, Florence “Flo” Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will feel rotten over the trouble she’s caused. She’ll inevitably feel even worse once she realizes “Lope’s” relationship is over. Even so, Flo can’t throw away from the amazing life she stumbled into. Now that Flo knows she’s a Logan, she realizes how much is at stake.
Flo will continue to mull over the idea of a full baby swap admission, but she’ll back down every time.
