The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, October 9, tease that Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will wait anxiously for the results of her kidney donation tests to come back. She’s just has blood drawn so she can be tested as a potential kidney donor for Katie Logan (Heather Tom). As B&B viewers know, Katie’s situation is grave; if she doesn’t get a kidney soon, there’s a very good chance she will die.
Flo and Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) will wait together at the hospital, and finally they’ll receive word that Flo is a match. In what will probably seem like a whirlwind of activity, Flo will meet with a donor advocate and she’ll likely start prepping for her surgery. After all, time is of the essence here, since Katie is in dire need of a kidney right now.
Flo will probably have a little trepidation about the surgery – it’s what she wants to do in order to save her aunt, but she’ll also probably be scared about the whole thing. But Shauna will be ecstatic, since she believes that donating a kidney to save Katie is Flo’s ticket back into the Logan clan. She may in fact be right about that, but that’s not why Flo will be going through with it – and on Wednesday’s episode, Flo will make a startling announcement.
According to B&B spoilers, Flo will decide that she doesn’t want Katie or Katie’s family to be told of her identity. She’ll want to be an anonymous donor, probably so as not to upset the family at this time and to avoid drama. Plus, Flo really doesn’t want the Logans to think that she’s donating to Katie solely to get back into their good graces.
Well, it looks like Shauna will be shocked by Flo’s decision to remain anonymous. But it’s not her decision – it’s Flo’s, so Flo will tell her donor advocate that she wants to remain anonymous…much to Shauna’s chagrin.
Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B on Wednesday, October 9, Katie will get the happy news that a kidney donor has been found. It looks like Dr. Davis (Tisha Campbell) will deliver the news to Katie and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Of course, this comes after Dr. Davis tried to prepare Katie for the worst, so Katie will surely be thrilled by the news.
Katie will be truly grateful to learn that a donor has been found, and she’ll naturally assume that it must be someone totally unrelated to the family who happened to volunteer to be a donor. According to B&B spoilers, she’ll consider the donor to be her secret guardian angel, and she’ll learn that the donor prefers to be anonymous. But how long until Katie wants to know who her donor was?
Well, ongoing B&B spoilers say that once the surgery is complete and Katie is in recovery, she’ll start thinking about her donor and she’ll want to meet the person responsible for saving her life. That should certainly get interesting, since the person will be Flo – someone she’s on terrible terms with and, by all accounts, can’t stand.
