The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, September 18, tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will come close to telling Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) about his evening with Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards). As B&B viewers know, Ridge got incredibly intoxicated at Bikini Bar after a major argument with Brooke, and he ended up sleeping off his binge in the room upstairs from the bar…with Shauna.
Nothing happened between Ridge and Shauna that night, but still Ridge has very mixed feelings about telling Brooke that he was with another woman. He likely believes that it would just make the situation between them worse. He and Brooke are already having serious difficulties in their marriage since they disagree about Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) living arrangements, and he and Shauna agreed to keep their night together a secret.
But on Wednesday’s episode of B&B, Ridge will come close to telling Brooke the truth about what really happened. He’s just told her that there is something that she needs to know, but according to B&B spoilers, Ridge will chicken out and decide to withhold the truth about his night with Shauna from Brooke – which is a decision that may come back to bite, given that Danny the bartender (Keith Carlos) ended up seeing the rumpled bed after Ridge and Shauna left the upstairs bedroom.
Of course, Danny probably concluded that Ridge and Shauna spent the night together in the intimate sense, and he could end up spilling the beans to Brooke or to someone else. We’ll have to wait to see whether Danny’s assumption about what happened in that room ever comes back to haunt Ridge and cause a problem between himself and Brooke.
Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B on Wednesday, September 18, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) will be shocked to learn that Shauna spent the night with Ridge. She’s just confronted her mother about being out all night, and Shauna’s just revealed that something wonderful happened and that she was with Ridge. That mortified Flo, and she’ll be disturbed as she hears more about how the evening progressed.
It appears that Flo will realize as her mother is recounting the story of Ridge’s bender and her decision to help him that Shauna is developing feelings for Ridge. That will naturally worry Flo, given that she and Shauna are already being shunned by the Forrester and Logan families. Shauna chasing after Ridge surely wouldn’t help them get back into the families’ good graces, which is all that Flo wants right now.
At any rate, it looks like Flo will grill her mother about exactly what happened between her and Ridge, and she should be quite relieved to learn that nothing happened other than a kiss. But Flo will probably remain worried about the impact that her mother’s feelings for Ridge will have on their lives, especially if Shauna decides to pursue Ridge going forward.
