For the first time in seven seasons, all four of the judges are represented tonight. The four finalists are going to do three songs; a new cover, a brand new original single, and a special holiday duet with their coach.

Ricky Duran (Blake Shelton), is singing “Runnin’ Down a Deam.”

Coaches Comments: Kelly: “Honestly this is my favorite finally. Everything is represented here, everyone has their own niche. You did so well, that range was incredible, really good.” John: “I agree, I think it is really cool to hear classic rock on this show and you do it so well. You look super cool and you play the guitar really well.” Blake: “You never let any of us down, you always do something incredible and awesome. You were beating yourself up in rehearsal and you come out here you give it all.”

Jake Hoot (Kelly Clarkson), singing “Better Off Without You,” that Jake co-wrote.

Coaches Comments: Gwen: “That was really great. I think it is really great to hear an original song and to get to know you even more through your song. My favorite thing about your voice is the power in it. You are embodying the whole experience.” Kelly: “It’s funny, you came across timid but you are so super humble. You always put yourself on the back burner. I love that you got to showcase that you are a writer and a singer.”

Katie Kadan: John Legend singing the holiday duet, “Merry Christmas Baby,”

Rose Short (Gwen Stefani), singing “Steamroller.”

Coaches Comments: Blake: “I don’t know if I have ever heard a pairing of an original artist on this show before. That song embodies everything you have done on this show so far, that was incredible.” Gwen: “I feel you because I know you now, you were so free, sparkly and happy. It was fun to see you do an original song.”

Ricky Duran: Blake Shelton, singing the holiday duet, “Run Run Rudolph.”

Katie Kadan (John Legend), singing “All Better.”

Coaches Comments: Kelly: “Oh my gosh, you go ahead with that sexy vibe. That is on my sexy playlist, nicely matched up.” John: “I think it is a perfect marriage with her style, with modern production. You sell that song so beautiful, the attitude, the vibe the energy.”

Jake Hoot: Kelly Clarkson, singing the holiday duet, “Wintersong.

Jake Hoot (Kelly Clarkson), singing, “Amazed.

Coaches Comments: Gwen: “That was so beautiful, such a pretty song. The thing that was beautiful tonight is to see you so relaxed and enjoying the song. Your voice is so comforting to me, congratulations.” Kelly: “I love you, Jake Hoot. You are everything I grew up within country music, your voice is so magical, you are so gifted and I can’t believe you are a one chair turn.”

Katie Kadan (John Legend), singing “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing.”

Coaches Comments: Blake: “I can’t get a word in because people love you so much. Once again, unbelievable. There just is nothing else to say about you.” John: “I am so honored that I got to work with you this whole season, you never let us down. You have been incredible and you should be so proud of what you have done, it has been magical working with you.”

Ricky Duran (Blake Shelton) singing, “A Woman Like Her.”

Coaches Comments: Kelly: “You remind me of Bruce Springsteen, he is relatable with these beautiful songs, with that rasp. Just beautiful.” John: “I was listening to that song and I was jealous that I wasn’t pitched that song. That is a gorgeous song and I have a feeling it is going to be the most streamed song as of tonight. Your performance was gorgeous, but that song was great.” Blake: “Wait until your last competitive performance of this entire season to give your best performance. Santa Claus wants everyone to vote for Ricky.”

Rose Short (Gwen Stefani) singing, “Border Song.”

Coaches Comments: John: “What a beautiful message for the finals, a song for your journey on the show. That was very special. Ending with that message, knowing your roots and gospel, it was very special.” Gwen: “You have known exactly what to do on this journey, I think that sometimes God puts a little extra drop of cool and talent, and he did that with you.”
