The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) dire situation will drive Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) down an even darker path. He already kidnapped Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) in hopes of scoring a trade. Kevin is convinced that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) abducted Chloe, so he’s willing to do whatever it takes to get her back.
However, we know that Chloe will have a run-in with Phyllis soon. She’ll give Phyllis quite a shock since she’s dead to most of Genoa City. It sounds like Chloe will be a free woman when she approaches Phyllis, but that doesn’t mean Kevin will back off Adam. There are a few things we have to remember about Chloe’s mental health and Kevin’s hope to be a family.
After Chloe faked her death, Kevin ran away with her to Oregon. He wanted to build a new life with Chloe and their daughter Belle Fisher (Cali May Kinder). We can assume Chloe was doing OK until she found out Adam was alive. They’ve been living quietly far away from Genoa City without a peep.
If Chloe had been doing committing crimes and drawing dangerous attention, it would’ve been all over the news. Chloe was able to keep her survival a secret by settling down with Kevin and Bella. In other words, Chloe’s probably been behaving like a fairly normal person and living an ordinary life.
Suddenly, that ordinary life has been turned upside down along with Kevin’s and Bella’s. Chloe obviously needed Adam to stay dead to keep her sanity. Now that Adam’s alive and well, Chloe’s losing it all over again – and that can only mean drama for Adam. This isn’t just about what Chloe wants anymore; it’s about what Kevin wants, too.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kevin will crave revenge. He’s seen how heartbroken Chloe was over Delia Abbott’s (Sophie Pollono) death. Kevin also knows Adam is the reason why Chloe coming unhinged. His vengeful desires are only going to get worse as Chloe’s mental state deteriorates. Kevin will view Adam as the source of all their problems, so he’ll form a plan to make him pay.
Will that plan be deadly? Will it simply be a plan to give Adam his family back before tearing them apart? Y&R fans know Kevin is a man of many talents, so there are plenty of ways he could take this. Regardless, Adam may be underestimating this threat. Chloe’s crazy tendencies seem to be rubbing off, so there’s no predicting how far Kevin will go for vengeance!
