The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, October 4, tease that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will have some unfinished business with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). As Y&R viewers know, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) has been after Sharon to rekindle things with Rey, or at least to see what might happen if the two of them make an effort to reconnect. But Sharon has been reluctant to even be around Rey lately.
Well, on Friday’s episode, Rey and Sharon will reconnect, but over what? Their relationship was damaged pretty heavily – possibly even beyond repair – due to Sharon getting sucked into Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) world. Adam really got into her head, and she ended up choosing to help Adam rather than standing firm with Rey. Plus, the fact that Sharon ended up sleeping with Adam is something that Rey will never be able to forget.
It will be interesting to see just what this “unfinished business” between Rey and Sharon is. Perhaps they’ll have a decent talk about what went wrong between them, clear the air, and create a pathway for a possible future for the two of them. There are certain a fair share of “Shey” fans out there who would like for that to happen!
Meanwhile, on the new episode of Y&R on Friday, October 4, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will find her curiosity piqued…by Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard). Phyllis and Cane aren’t two people who normally interact with each other, but there does seem to be one person right now who might connect them, and that’s Adam.
As Y&R viewers know, Cane offered to help Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) by tracking down Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll), who is allegedly contesting Katherine Chancellor’s (Jeanne Cooper) will. Right now, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) is claiming that Cane is the actual recipient of Katherine’s fortune, but Cane doesn’t appear to believe it, and he’s on a mission to find Chance and get to the bottom of what’s going on.
Well, since Adam and Chance were linked in Las Vegas, Cane may be thinking that if he finds Adam, then he may also find Chance. At the very least, Cane will probably want to talk to Adam to get a clue about Chance’s possible whereabouts. And that will probably lead Cane to Phyllis, since he’ll probably figure that Phyllis might know Adam’s current location.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that once Phyllis gets wind of the fact that Cane, and therefore Devon, is looking for Adam and Chance, she’s going to get quite intrigued, and that’s likely what will pique her interest. Y&R viewers will remember that, at one point, Phyllis made a big point of revealing to Adam that she knew he was involved with Chance in some capacity while he was in Las Vegas. Might Phyllis know something that Cane needs to know? And if so, will she tell him?
