The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of November 4-8 tease that danger is brewing in Genoa City. For starters, let’s talk about Chelsea Newman’s (Melissa Claire Egan) latest problem. Simon Black (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) is in town demanding money, but Chelsea doesn’t have it since the Feds seized the account. She’ll feel like the walls are closing in as Simon pushes Chelsea to figure something out.
Simon will give Chelsea a 24-hour deadline, but she’ll manage to negotiate it to a 48-hour one instead. Of course, more time will only delay the inevitably if Chelsea can’t find a solution. She needs cash NOW. Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will do their best to help Chelsea with an undercover mission, but it’s clear that Simon means business. He’s not going anywhere until Chelsea returns what was stolen from him.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Simon will eventually show Chelsea a picture of Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). He’ll warn that if Chelsea doesn’t pay up, he’ll be forced to do the unthinkable. However, bringing Connor into this could be Simon’s biggest mistake. The mama bear in Chelsea will immediately come out!
Chelsea will decide that Simon crossed a line and is going down. Y&R’s weekly preview video shows Chelsea saying, “He threatened Connor, so now? He burns!” Chelsea will bring Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) into this mess sooner or later, which is good since Connor’s his son as well. Adam will risk all to protect the people he cares about, but he could land in danger as a result!
In the meantime, Theo Vandeway (Tyler Johnson) will be welcomed into the family by Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Since they’ll have DNA confirmation, Jack will think Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) needs to accept this. Theo is Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) grandson and that means something to Jack. He’ll make a real effort with Theo, which will leave both Kyle and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) troubled.
The Young and the Restless promo shows Billy declaring, “Mark my words: he’s a threat.” Kyle and Billy have been in a power struggle lately, but they may worry Theo could swoop in and take over. It sounds like they’ll think Theo’s manipulating Jack, so they might want to protect Jabot from the leech. Kyle certainly won’t be willing to embrace Theo as his cousin – no matter how hard Lola defends him.
