The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will spend some time digging around for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). She offered him a job since she’s determined to get to the bottom of Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) strange behavior. Victor hired a psychiatrist near Las Vegas and has been having some mysterious meetings at high-stakes poker games.
Nikki is naturally curious, so she’s tasked Rey with uncovering the truth. In Thursday’s Y&R episode, Rey decides he’ll take the gig and see what he can find out. Victor isn’t going to like Rey’s interference, but Nikki really needs the help. She just can’t rest until she learns the truth. Rey could also use the money, so he’ll be heading off to Vegas – which could bring trouble for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).
Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez) is on her way out at Y&R. She recently filmed her final scenes, so her exit story is in full swing. Mia’s been a cruel character from day one, and there’s no reason to think she’ll change her behavior when she’s leaving. Will Mia cause more problems while Rey’s gone? Their rivalry could easily spiral out of control as the show builds to Mia’s departure.
Some Young and the Restless fans are wondering if the brick that crashed through Crimson Lights could’ve been tossed by Mia and meant for Sharon. The note said, “give up your gossip, you’re ruining people’s lives.” That’s vague enough that it could be from Mia, but what has Sharon been gossiping about? She’s been too busy making love to Rey.
If Mia were going to write a nasty note, it seems like she’d choose something a bit more accurate. Plus, the whole idea of throwing a brick through a window is usually about scaring the intended victim. Y&R made it seem like Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) had genuinely been followed since the place was closed and dark. The GC Buzz angle appears to be the focus, so Mia may not be a likely culprit here.
However, that doesn’t mean Sharon won’t start to suspect Mia. She could easily mull it over and confront her about it. Sharon might even think Mia was out to get her daughter as a form of twisted payback. Then again, Mia could be the instigator of their next shouting match. She may bump into Sharon somewhere and really let her have it.
This could certainly set up a sudden miscarriage or at least another scare. Bottom line, Rey’s decision to leave town will leave the door open for serious drama. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Mia’s exit story will bring even more surprises, so stay tuned.
