The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 18, tease that temptation is on the way for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). Sharon recently reassured Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) about their romance. He feels like Sharon’s been putting Adam first and letting her ex come between them, but she insisted Rey was the only man she wanted.
However, there’s clearly a lingering connection between Adam and Sharon. Part of that’s due to Adam’s manipulation, but there has to be some of it that’s real, too. After all, Adam had a sexy dream about Sharon. Their relationship isn’t completely platonic, and what happens on Tuesday will serve as more proof of that.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam and Sharon’s spark will reignite. Whether that means a kiss, an almost kiss or even a hookup, it’ll bring huge risks on Sharon’s end. Heating things up behind Rey’s back could spell disaster, especially since this probably won’t be the last time it happens. Y&R has already established that Sharon can’t stay away from Adam, no matter how many mistakes he makes.
Adam’s custody lawsuit won’t matter much when it comes to their attraction. Sharon feels how she feels, and Adam will fuel that dangerous desire. Over with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll form a new friendship. Will this be a new character or perhaps just someone he wasn’t particularly chummy with before?
Either option is possible, but it’s worth mentioning that Jack decides to make changes on Monday. He realizes he needs some shifts in his life to find true happiness again. That could lead to making a female pal on Tuesday. Jack might introduce himself and consider taking this beyond friendly territory at some point.
Whatever the case, it’s nice that Jack will have someone to talk to. Across town, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will catch Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) off guard. Maybe Nick will decide to take a different approach with his father. Since Victor is ill, that could soften Nick’s stance and actually help his fight to keep custody of Christian Newman (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen).
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will head to the park pretty soon. They’ll hang out with Nick and Christian there, so that might be how Nick surprises his dad. He may take pity on Victor and decide he should spend some time with his grandson while he still can.
It turns out Victor will ultimately support Nick in the custody battle, so this move could bring some benefits Nick didn’t anticipate. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news comes in.
