The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, November 5, tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will bend the truth. Adam’s been known to resort to deception, but he’s been trying to stay on a better path for Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) sake. Will he be able to stick to that goal? It all depends on the circumstances Adam faces and how badly he wants something.
Adam had a sweet Halloween night with Connor and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan), so twisting the truth could be a way to score more family time. However, Chelsea doesn’t currently have much time to spare! She’ll be on a 48-hour deadline thanks to Simon Black (Jeffrey Vincent Parise), who’ll keep revving up his threats in the coming episodes.
Simon will threaten Connor later this week, which may force Adam into this mess. Chelsea will need someone to help her out, and it should really be the boy’s father. The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Adam will come to Chelsea and Connor’s rescue in the end, so stay tuned.
Meanwhile, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will give Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) a shock. She’ll convince Tessa to put headphones and a blindfold on to preserve an anniversary surprise. Of course, Y&R is a bit off on the timing of Mariah and Tessa’s anniversary. They’ve been together longer than a year, but it should be a nice celebration just the same.
Mariah and Tessa are quite the party girls at this point. Over the past several months, they’ve celebrated Tessa’s dropped blackmail charges, the completion of Tessa’s music video as well as that video’s one million likes. They’ve also been to Lola Rosales-Abbott’s (Sasha Calle) bridal shower, thrown a combined bachelor-bachelorette bash and attended the “Kola” wedding.
Tessa and Mariah were on hand for the pre-party of the Grand Phoenix opening along with the actual opening later – which was quite a shindig thanks to Molly. Then, there was Elena Dawson’s (Brytni Sarpy) birthday party and a recent offscreen Halloween party. You’d think they’d be all partied out, but no…it’s still time to party! If celebrating were an Olympic sport, “Teriah” would be going for gold.
It’d be great if Y&R could give Mariah and Tessa an actual storyline instead, but at least one couple on canvas is happy and in love. “Teriah” scenes are always pretty darn adorable, so their anniversary should bring some cute moments. Unfortunately, there’ll be nothing cute about all the turmoil within the Abbott clan. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will find himself caught in a major battle – and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) should be the reason for it.
Jack will be forced to play peacemaker, but that’ll be difficult since both Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will view Theo as a threat. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Theo could derail Kyle’s life in some big ways, so don’t miss what’s in store. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news comes in.
