The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, June 19, tease that Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) has some disappointment headed her way. Y&R fans know Traci’s feelings for Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) are growing every day, but he’s keeping her in the friendzone for now. That’s because Cane is still stuck on Lily Ashby (Christel Khalil) and wants to stay connected to her.
Traci will hope to hang out with Cane on Wednesday’s new Y&R episode, June 19, and talk like they usually do. She really enjoys their bonding sessions, but he’ll end up bailing on this one. Instead, Cane will take the opportunity to reach out to Lily. Part of him may believe Lily will come around on their reunion in time, but it looks like she’ll once again shut him down. Lily’s ready to move on and make her own way.
Traci will be bummed when Cane blows her off, but he’ll get blown off by Lily, too. There’s a good chance Cane will find Traci once he gets pushed away. Will Traci keep her guard up to protect her heart or comfort Cane over the rejection? Knowing Traci as well as we do, she should put her own pain aside and focus on helping Cane through his crisis.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) will enjoy a visit with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott). These friends will catch up, but it won’t be long until the conversation turns somber. Nikki can trust Paul, so she might talk about Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) illness and her growing fears.
Whether she brings that up or not, Nikki will certainly discuss her concerns regarding Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Adam has filed for full custody of Christian Newman (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) and is ripping the family apart in ways Victor never expected. Nikki will be stressed out and worried about what the future holds, but Paul will be there to support her.
Over with Victor, he’ll make a significant choice. In Tuesday’s episode, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) invites Victor on an outing with Christian in the park. Will T-ball with the tot show Victor he has to fight for Nick’s rights? It seems that way since Victor will take a stand soon enough.
Wednesday’s decision may be to confront Adam about his behavior and convince him to stand down. That’s happening later this week, so it’s one possibility to consider. Of course, Victor’s choice could also involve a new treatment or just a resolution to make the most of every moment. There’ll undoubtedly be something big for Victor to concentrate on in the coming episodes.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say some terrific scenes are coming up. We’ll give you updates as other Y&R news emerges. Stick with the CBS soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news.
