The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of December 23-27 tease that some surprises are in store. For starters, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Lola Abbott (Sasha Calle) will prepare for their first Christmas together. They’ll share a few laughs over their enormous tree and admire the ornaments Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Celeste Rosales (Eva LaRue) sent over.
Over with Summer Newman (Hunter King), she’ll be treated to a little birthday celebration. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will spend some quality time with Summer in honor of her daughter’s b-day. They’ll do some bonding, which should be the pick-me-up they both need right about now.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will talk family traditions with Jack and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland). He’ll also be invited to the Abbott family Christmas gathering, but he’ll want to play it by ear. Still, Theo should appreciate the offer along with the Abbott family history book he receives.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will have a small gathering with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Victoria Abbott (Amelia Heinle) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in the week ahead. They’ll celebrate Christmas a tad early since the “Villy” family will be in Colorado on the actual holiday.
Later, a delivery will catch Nikki and Victor off guard. It’ll remind them to remember the meaning of Christmas this year. Next, let’s talk about Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell). They’ll catch up with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), but it won’t be long until their double date takes a startling turn.
Some returns are also coming up during the week of December 23-27. Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin (Zach Tinker) will be back in Genoa City to celebrate the holidays with his parents. He’ll be out of rehab and ready to focus on his family for a while. Y&R fans can expect to see Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) soon. She’ll happily reunite with her loved ones after she makes it back from boarding school.
Faith has some fun scenes coming up with Summer, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case). It’s always nice to see Faith in town! Meanwhile, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have something special planned for Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). It could involve their plan to save Christmas for Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) – or perhaps a significant gift Adam wanted to give Chelsea.
However, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will stir up some trouble before long. She’ll find out Nick invited Adam to a holiday party at his house, so she’ll fill Nick in on his brother’s intentions. Nick will fume when he confirms Adam is indeed plotting to get Chelsea back. He won’t be happy about Adam trying to drag Phyllis into this either!
Over with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), she’ll get some shocking news. That could have something to do with Cane Ashby’s (Daniel Goddard) search for Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers) or another bombshell. Whatever the case, Jill will eventually turn her attention to “Chance” Chancellor (Donny Boaz). She’ll be curious about Chance’s future in Genoa City, so she’ll get a bit nosy and start grilling him.
Next, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will find themselves in need of a Christmas miracle. Will Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) run into some danger? Could it result from his Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) dirt digging? Regardless, things aren’t sounding good!
Finally, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will give Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) the ultimate present. Will Chloe reveal that she’s pregnant? Based on the wording of this info and the fact that Hendrickson is pregnant in real life, it seems like a safe bet.
