The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of June 24-28 tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will confide in Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and eventually Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). His treatment isn’t working, so he’ll have to explore other options. The good news is there’s a new drug that researchers are experimenting with. The bad news is it comes with major risks.
Nick will think it sounds like Victor’s best bet to beat his rare blood disease, PNH. However, Victor will bring Nick up to speed on the awful side effects. Anytime you’re dealing with something experimental, there’s always a chance you could end up worse off than before. Victor may be wary of doing something that could rush him into the grave sooner.
Furthermore, Victor will want to enjoy the time he has left with Nikki as well as (most of) his kids and grandkids. If these are his final weeks or months, Victor doesn’t want to spend them stuck in a hospital bed. Even so, this could be Victor’s last shot at sticking around. Nick and Nikki can’t control Victor’s decision, but they may insist that some risks are worth it.
Other Y&R spoilers say Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) will celebrate Traci Abbott’s (Beth Maitland) success. Traci will think she owes Cane a great deal since he was her inspiration in many ways. Cane will be proud to have played a small part in helping Traci find her story. He’ll let Traci know that her novel is incredible and so is she.
Will Traci and Cane take a step out of the friendzone? Someone has to make the first move eventually. Traci may be wary of getting hurt since Cane’s clearly stuck on Lily Ashby (Christel Khalil). Can Traci overcome that fear and tell Cane how she feels? Will Cane surprise her by confessing instead? Time will tell, but these pals may be on the verge of becoming more.
Over with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), he’ll once again face his attempted murderer. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will finally make her onscreen comeback. Chloe will try to be civil with Adam, but he’ll think she should cut the crap. He’ll urge Chloe to stop playing nice; they both know she’d kill him right then and there if she could.
