Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that we’re in for a great week on the NBC soap. The new DOOL spoiler pictures for the week of May 25th promise a lot of drama and action as two marriage proposals are made, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) is rescued from Orpheus (George DelHoyo), and several big confrontations are made. We’ve got the scoop about what’s going to happen, so let’s take a look at what DOOL viewers can expect!
Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will apparently get her chance to help rescue Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) again. As DOOL viewers know, Ciara played hero when she singlehandedly kept Ben from being executed earlier this year.
Well, now it seems that Ben will find himself in another bind, most likely due to his affiliation with Jake. Might Ben get jumped again at the garage by the goons who are after Jake? Might Ciara thwart another attack? We’ll see what unfolds here.
Romance will be in the air as Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) takes Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) out for a romantic dinner. They’ll enjoy their evening out, and then it looks like the tone will turn serious as Eric gets down on one knee and proposes to Nicole! Nicole will be overcome with emotion – after all, it wasn’t that long ago that it didn’t look like Eric would ever forgive her for not telling him that he was the father of Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) baby. It should be a joyous occasion for Nicole and Eric, with plenty of happy tears.
Danger will be in store for Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) as they frantically search for David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends). As DOOL viewers know, Hope and Rafe weren’t convinced that Zoey Burge (Alyshia Ochse) was on the up-and-up when she left Rafe’s house after receiving a mysterious phone call. As viewers know, the call was from Orpheus, who wanted Zoey to do something for him.
Well, it’s certainly looking like Orpheus wanted Zoey to come get David while he and John went to the park to meet with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). It looks like Hope and Rafe will follow Zoey to the warehouse, where they’ll rush in.
Lots of action will ensue, and Rafe will wind up shot in the process, although exactly how that comes about remains to be seen. There should be some exciting scenes here.
While all the drama is unfolding at the warehouse with Rafe and Hope, Orpheus will take John at gunpoint to the park, where he’s instructed Marlena to come alone. However, DOOL spoilers indicate that there will be a tense face-off between Orpheus, John, Marlena, and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols). Of course, there’s no way that Steve would let Marlena walk into that situation without backup. DOOL spoilers say that Orpheus will eventually be captured and hauled into the Salem police station, so that’s good news.
Love will be in the air again, when Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) decides to pop the question to Lani Price (Sal Stowers). Their proposal will go down in Horton Town Square, and it looks like Eli will surprise Lani on an otherwise ordinary day when he gets down on one knee and asks the big question. According to DOOL spoilers, Lani will happily accept, and then talk will turn to the timing of their ceremony. That will lead to more drama when Lani realizes that she could very well be pregnant.
This week, it looks like Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) will head out to Florida for her treatment. As DOOL viewers know, ever since she was dosed with a hallucinogenic drug, Abigail has been seeing disturbing visions. Luckily, there’s a treatment available, but it’s in Florida, so Abigail and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) are leaving for Florida. Abigail will share some nice family moments with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) before she goes.
Fresh from seeing Abigail off for Florida, it looks like Jack will have some choice words for the person whom he thinks caused all of Abigail’s problems – Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus). Exactly where this verbal lashing will take place remains to be seen, but given that Gabi was just arrested for allegedly drugging Abigail and trying to drug Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash), it’s likely to take place at the Salem PD. Jack will probably blast Gabi for separating Abigail from her family again, while Gabi protests loudly.
Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) has certainly been through a lot in the past couple of days. He’s learned that Orpheus, and not Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers), killed his wife Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans). That’s a lot to deal with right there, but he’ll also have something else on his mind – he’ll be thinking about making things permanent with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans). Justin will visit Adrienne’s grave, talking to her and asking her permission to marry Kayla. It should be an emotional scene.
It looks like Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will make another trek over to Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) hotel room at the Salem Inn, this time to blast him for coercing Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) into firing him as CEO of Titan. As DOOL viewers know, Brady insisted that Victor make him the new CEO as penance for the baby switch. Xander will confront Brady about the move, apparently finding Sarah with Brady, much to his dismay. It looks like Sarah and Brady will continue the ruse that they’re an item, horrifying Xander.
Well, one John is out of danger from Orpheus and Orpheus is safely behind bars, John will have some unfinished business to attend to. He’ll be furious with Victor for orchestrating the baby switch that resulted in Brady mourning the death of his daughter.
And now that Brady has lost both Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Rachel Black for good, John will want to tell Victor exactly what he thinks of him. Victor will be a captive audience for John’s fury as John visits Victor in the hospital and says his peace.
