Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) first meeting with Stefano DiMera aka “Steve Johnson” (Stephen Nichols) won’t go as planned. DOOL fans know Chad’s been in contact with Stefano for quite some time, but Stefano continues to refuse a face-to-face conversation.
Since Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) managed to score one, Chad recently grilled her about the encounter. Kristen was cagey and left Chad with more questions than answers.
Thanks to the discovery of “Steve’s” portrait at the DiMera gatehouse, Chad and Abigail will have another puzzle to ponder. They may not realize how all this fits together just yet, but they’ll be on the right track.
Later, Days spoilers say Kristen will get grilled about this portrait and what it means. It’s awfully suspicious to have “Steve” in the same pose as Stefano.
It’ll be obvious to Chad and Abigail that it was meant to mimic the classic Stefano portrait, which adorned a wall of the DiMera mansion for many years. They’ll hope Kristen can help them make sense of this, but how much will she spill?
Regardless, the Stefano drama is about to boil over thanks to Chad’s insistence on getting the truth. During the week of February 10-14, Chad will finally face his father – at least this strange new version of him.
DOOL spoilers tell us that when Chad realizes Stefano stole Steve’s mind and body, he’ll be furious. That’s Abigail’s uncle and a man who deserved to live his own life! Steve has been robbed and it needs to be rectified.
Furthermore, Chad will eventually get updates on Stefano and his partnership with Princess Gina Von Amberg aka “Hope Brady” (Kristian Alfonso). Not only was Stefano working with someone who tried to kill Abigail’s mother, Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves), he covered for Princess Gina in the aftermath.
Chad already warned Stefano that he’d disown him if he learned he had anything to do with that mess.
Bottom line, Chad will have every reason in the world to hate Stefano’s guts. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad will end up punching Stefano, which is kind of amusing since this is “Steve’s” face. Chad will be livid with Stefano, but he’ll be taking it out on Steve in a way.
