Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that a familiar face will be returning to Salem this winter. The new Days of Our Lives winter preview shows some glimpses of Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) return to Salem, and fans have been completely delighted.
It looks like Chloe will first appear on Nicole Brady’s (Arianne Zucker) doorstep, and Nicole appears to be thrilled to see her bestie in the flesh.
As you might know, Chloe has spent the past couple of years in New York with her son and her parents Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) and Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo).
Chloe was on the DOOL digital series The Last Blast Reunion where she and the rest of the Last Blast gang was nearly killed when Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) put a bomb in a cake and sent it to the reunion party.
Chloe then appeared briefly on Days of Our Lives when she helped Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal) track down Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) after Eve had captured Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and was holding him captive to brainwash him.
Chloe had seen Eve in New York and reported back to Ciara that Eve was consumed with grief and rage.
This time around in Salem, Chloe will surely want to spend some time catching up with Nicole, and with Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer).
We should also see a nice reunion between exes Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Chloe as well, although it doesn’t look like there will be any sparks this time around since Brady is with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk).
But what about Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson)? At the time of the Last Blast Reunion, Philip had asked Chloe if they could spend some time together in New York. Chloe seemed to be receptive to the whole thing.
It doesn’t seem like anything really happened between Philip and Chloe at the time, though, so perhaps it will finally be time for “Phloe” to hit their stride.
The Days of Our Lives winter preview does show some nice scenes between Philip and Chloe, with some flashbacks to when the two were in high school together.
Philip asks Chloe to tell him what she’s feeling, so perhaps the two will get honest and realize that they want to see where things might go now that they have the opportunity for a fresh start in Salem.
It will be great to see Chloe back in action in Salem, and there are plenty of “Phloe” fans out there who would like nothing more than to see Philip and Chloe back together again. Who knows – perhaps Chloe can manage to help Philip get out of the money laundering mess that he’s in with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun)!
