Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that October is just around the corner, so it’s time to think about what’s coming up next month. We’ve got an exciting October preview for curious Days fans, so here’s a sneak peek of what’s ahead in Salem.
For starters, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will do her best to grow closer to Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) as viewers learn more about her shady agenda. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gwen and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) partnership will lead to some shockers, so look for more details about who Gwen really is to come out.
DOOL viewers will see Gwen take on the role of Abigail’s nanny, so she’ll be spending lots of time with Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) and Charlotte DiMera. That’s troubling since Gwen’s such a schemer! Gwen could easily use the kids as pawns in her game, so that’s something to watch out for next month.
As for Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves), they should become more involved in Gwen and Abigail’s storyline as time goes on.
Meanwhile, Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) will have to deal with complicated feelings for Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans). Days of Our Lives spoilers say Justin may do some soul-searching to figure out exactly why he’s falling for Bonnie.
Does Justin like Bonnie for Bonnie or is this more about his lingering love for her lookalike, Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans)? It’ll be interesting to see what Justin decides to do next.
Over with Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), they’ll face more issues due to Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) arrest. Lani could end up in far more trouble than Eli bargained for if they aren’t careful!
DA Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) will keep fighting hard to make sure Kristen’s locked up for good, which will bring some tight spots for Eli. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eli will warn Lani about the consequences that might be brewing.
We can’t forget that Lani helped Kristen escape and covered for her bestie until Eli ratted Kristen out.
Unfortunately, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will accidentally say something that tips Melinda off, so she should know it was Lani who helped Kristen flee. Melinda might force Lani to testify against Kristen or risk going to prison herself, which she certainly won’t want to do since she’s pregnant with twins!
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kristian Alfonso will make her final appearance as Hope Brady this October, so we’ll give you updates as that gets closer.
DOOL fans will also see Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) struggle after a fierce faceoff with Vincent Belman (Michael Teh). Ben won’t be sure what to believe about Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) fate.
Days spoilers say Ben will lean on Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) and even Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) as he copes. This is sure to be a tough October for Ben, but he’ll keep pressing on.
As for Claire, she’ll continue to be manipulated by Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) while Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) and Xander Kirakis’ (Paul Telfer) war soars to new heights.
Belle Black (Martha Madison) will help Philip tackle his legal drama after Xander and Jan’s plan gets Philip arrested. Will Philip and Belle grow closer in the process? Regardless, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) isn’t going to like this – nor will Shawn and Belle like how close Jan’s getting to Claire.
There’s another key player here though and that’s John Black (Drake Hogestyn). John’s been having some outbursts that are related to his recent brain aneurysm, so there’ll be more of those in October.
In fact, Days of Our Lives spoilers point to John’s meltdowns getting far worse. There’ll be some violent moves and unanticipated consequences down the road.
Could Jan be in danger since she’s targeting John’s family? It seems that way based on the latest Days of Our Lives spoilers. As for Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), she’ll move in with Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) following Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) departure.
Nicole will be a mentor to Allie as they look after the baby, but what about the kid’s father?
Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will look like the “baby daddy” at first, but don’t be surprised if some twists and turns bring changes. Speaking of changes, we should also mention a special mini storyline that’s coming up this October.
Days of Our Lives got off track thanks to some skipped preemptions, so the show’s inserting a fun plot to fix that.
To make sure airdates line up for Thanksgiving, Christmas and DOOL’s anniversary shows, they’re putting in about seven or eight episodes that weren’t supposed to be there. A big event will kick off a short October story that pulls in many characters – including some returning ones.
All that and more is coming up this October, so stay tuned! We’ll fill you in as other Days news emerges. Which storylines are you looking forward to the most? CDL’s your hotspot for terrific Days of Our Lives spoilers, news and updates, so stick with us for other great posts.
