Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) will return to the NBC soap later this summer – and she’s sure to make a big splash when she does. DOOL viewers can expect Eve to once again seek revenge on Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), but let’s discuss Eve’s grand entrance first.
Eve tends to show up in style and with some angle she’s working. In 2017, Eve resurfaced as Deimos Kiriakis (Vincent Iriarry) was being laid to rest. She revealed herself as Deimos’ widow soon after.
In 2018, Eve arrived at the New Year’s Eve party with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) as her plus one, which was obviously quite a shock since Jack was believed to be dead.
If history is any indication, Eve won’t just randomly pop up in the town square or something like that. Eve doesn’t do boring! Go big or go home. We have every reason to believe Eve will do something flashy when she first appears because that’s what she’s done in the past.
Since Days of Our Lives buzz suggests Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will be presumed dead in a wedding fire, he may be the one who has a funeral coming up. Ben’s funeral seems like an excellent moment for Eve to reappear. Will Eve show up to dance on Ben’s grave? We’re betting she will!
It’s easy to imagine Eve strutting in and insisting she wouldn’t miss this for the world. Eve’s the kind of gal who’d probably wear bright red instead of black – or at least something festive.
This would be like a party for Eve. She may feign sympathy for Ciara the constant Ben defender and suggest it’s such a pity to lose someone you love – just like when Eve lost Paige Larson (True O’Brien) at Ben’s hands.
Once Eve has enjoyed making a scene and rubbing Ben’s death in Ciara’s face, that’s when Days of Our Lives could drop a major bomb. Remember how the Mother’s Day crash unraveled in layers?
That’s how DOOL usually rolls with their mysteries. After Eve dances on Ben’s grave, it may be revealed that Ben’s not so dead after all!
Eve might leave the funeral and head to a cabin, where fans could see Ben tied up. That totally sounds like a story Days would do and a move Eve would make. Since all signs point to Ben’s presumed death and we’ve still got Days of Our Lives spoilers involving Eve’s payback, it makes sense for Eve to keep Ben locked up while Ciara mourns.
