Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Friday, June 19 Recap - Chad Returns - Jake & Gwen Passion - Nicole Asks Allie About Baby’s Father

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, June 19, reveal that Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) brought coffee and bagels to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) at his house. Hope broke the news to Rafe about Gabi DiMera’s (Camila Banus) kidnapping ordeal. Rafe got agitated and griped that nobody told him about what was going on, then he left to go see Gabi.

Meanwhile, at the Kiriakis mansion, Gabi talked with Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith), saying that she was getting right back to proving that Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) is Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).

Will and Sonny were exasperated and reminded Gabi that she has to be in court today. Gabi was flippant and said that she’d drop the DNA samples off at the hospital, then head to court.

Over at Jake’s garage, Jake left Gwen (Emily O’Brien) a message, then Gwen showed up in the doorway. Gwen and Jake were simultaneously irritated and happy to see each other, and they pretty much instantly started arguing.

They argued fiercely, going back and forth about how Jake needs the book that Gwen has, and Gwen toying with Jake about where the book actually is. Ultimately, Gwen said that she didn’t have the book with her.

Gwen seemed jealous of “the woman who says she’s your wife” and she accused Jake of cheating on her back in Philly. Jake denied it. Gwen then declared that she didn’t have the book with her, and that she wanted something for her troubles.

Gwen accused Jake of cutting her out of a lucrative deal for the book, while Jake explained he wasn’t going to get anything for the book, other than his own personal safety.

Gwen then stated that she wanted an apology before she’d fork the book over, and Jake refused, saying hell would freeze over first. Gwen went to walk away, and Jake grabbed her arm, pulling her into a passionate kiss. Gwen pulled away, then they kissed again passionately.

At the DiMera mansion, Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) talked with Lucas Horton (Brian Dattilo), who was itching to go fire more questions at his daughter Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).

Kate and Lucas bickered about the best way to handle Allie, with Lucas maintaining that he knows best as Allie’s father. Kate tried to persuade him to back off. Lucas left in a huff to go see Allie.

Later, Gabi arrived at the DiMera mansion to find Rafe there waiting for her. They regrouped, and Gabi quickly learned about Rafe losing custody of David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends). After an emotional exchange about that, Rafe promised to go talk with Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) at the prison to try to get a confession out of him ahead of Gabi’s court date.

Once Rafe left, Gabi got changed for court, then looked at Stefano DiMera’s (Joesph Mascolo) portrait and said aloud, “I’ll prove that I’m right, and I will bring your son home.” Suddenly, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) walked in and said, “He’s already here.” Gabi looked stunned.

In town square, Hope and Kate encountered each other, and Hope told Kate that she was saying “no thanks” to the key to the city. Kate, frustrated over her earlier interaction with Lucas, went off on Hope, ranting about how she was just trying to help people but that no one appreciated her.

Hope was stunned as Kate ranted and raved about how she had funded the key ceremony already.

Eventually, Hope learned about Lucas, and about Allie’s pregnancy, and she softened, telling Kate that she’d accept the key to the city. Kate was thrilled and Hope even said she’d run it by Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), even though she couldn’t promise anything.

At Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) apartment, Nicole caught Allie trying to sneak out and leave. Nicole talked Allie into staying for the time being, even though Allie said that she wanted to put some distance between herself and her parents.

Through their discussion, Nicole learned that Allie had decided to continue with the pregnancy and have the baby.

Nicole gently asked about the baby’s father, and Allie initially got upset, then she softened a bit and nearly told Nicole why she was wasn’t telling anyone about the father.

But just at that moment, Lucas pounded on the door, then barged in when Nicole answered. Lucas started ranting at Allie, and Nicole interjected that Allie had decided to keep her baby.

Lucas was happy about that, and he pressed Allie to go get a checkup right away, then travel back to London to have the baby. Allie refused, and Lucas got peeved and told Allie that it didn’t matter what she wanted anymore since she was going to be a mother.

Lucas went on, saying that she had to take responsibility, and Allie bolted out the door in a huff.

Nicole shook her head at Lucas, and Lucas said that maybe it was time to bring Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) into the picture. Nicole told Lucas that was a terrible idea.

Back at the Kiriakis mansion, Will and Sonny talked a bit about Gabi and her pursuit of Jake, then the doorbell rang. It was Allie, and Will and Sonny were instantly happy to see her. Will hugged Allie, then realized that she was pregnant. “Oh my God, Allie, you’re pregnant!” Will said. Allie nodded.
