Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will be on a mission. As DOOL viewers know, Gabi was stunned beyond belief when she bumped into Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash), who looks exactly like her late husband Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash). Well, Gabi didn’t take the whole situation as just a coincidence; rather, she’s certain that Jake is really Stefan and that something fishy is going on here.
In the coming days, DOOL spoilers say that Gabi will take steps to find out exactly what’s going on with this Jake person. First, she’ll demand to see Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay), who is currently in custody for his myriad of crimes.
DOOL viewers will remember that at the time of Stefan’s demise after he was shot by Lani Price (Sal Stowers), Gabi believed that it was well within Rolf’s capabilities to bring Stefan back to life.
However, at the time, Rolf denied that there was anything that he could do for Stefan, given that Stefan was declared brain dead. Stefan was too far gone, according to Rolf.
But now that Gabi has seen Jake, she suspects that Rolf actually did bring Stefan back, and that the whole thing was hidden from her for some reason. Gabi will want to talk to Rolf and get to the bottom of what’s going on.
Well, it doesn’t look like Gabi’s conversation with Rolf is going to be fruitful, given that DOOL spoilers indicate that Gabi will subsequently take drastic measures to try to jog Jake’s memory.
Gabi has already kissed Jake in an attempt to get him to remember their love, and that didn’t seem to work, although Gabi insisted that Jake kissed her back – something he denies.
At any rate, ongoing DOOL spoilers point to a couple shocking things happening. First off, Gabi will attempt to drug Jake in some attempt to help jog his memory. For example, we wouldn’t put it past Gabi to dose Jake with some sort of “truth serum” drug that lowers his inhibitions and may get him to talk.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Gabi will attack Jake with a loaded syringe and good old Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will intervene. Looks like Ben is quickly becoming Jake’s volunteer bodyguard.
Shortly her aborted attack on Jake Gabi will be arrested by Lani. It looks like Gabi is going down for the assault on Jake – since attempting to drug her victim by jabbing him with a syringe is illegal, even in Salem.
Whatever the case, it seems that Gabi will be resorting to desperate measures, but she probably feels like she has no other choice. From Gabi’s perspective, her husband Stefan has come back to her, but he doesn’t remember who he is, and she surely feels like it’s her obligation to bring him back.
We’ll see where that leads Gabi, but it sure looks like one place it will take her is straight to jail. Do you think Gabi is going too far?
