Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) may change her mind about Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash). After Gabi came back to town, she faced Jake’s rejection and decided to head for Arizona.
Gabi’s off spending time with her daughter, Arianna Horton (Sydney Brower), but she vowed to return to Salem – and Days spoilers confirm that she will.
Once Gabi has a chance to really mull this over, she might decide she’s not giving up Jake without a fight. Since when has Gabi ever really backed down from one?
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi’s return is coming up, so we have to think about what she might do next. It’s tough to believe Gabi will just sit back and let Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) have Jake indefinitely.
Will Gabi kick off a new mission to win Jake back? Could that mission involve sabotaging Kate and Jake’s relationship first? Whatever the case, Gabi just might find herself a partner in crime.
There’s someone else headed back to Days who would be VERY interested in tearing Jake and Kate apart. Linda Dano is already filming as a Vivian Alamain recast, so Jake’s biological mother will reenter the picture.
When it comes to romantic options for her son, Vivian would certainly pick Gabi over her worst enemy. Vivian hates Kate so much that she buried her alive! That says a lot about how Vivian will feel when she gets updates on Jake’s latest love interest.
Vivian faked her death, but she may send Ivan Marais (Ivan G’Vera) or another minion to snoop and report back. If Vivian finds out about Jake and Kate’s romance, that might be a good enough reason to come out of hiding – at least to the people Viv deems necessary to her plot.
Regardless, Vivian will return by early 2021 – and Gabi will be back in Salem by then as well. This might be an excellent opportunity for Gabi and Vivian to team up. Although Vivian didn’t get along with Gabi in the past, she might view Gabi as her best shot at seducing Jake away from Kate.
Vivian might push Gabi to go after Jake knowing that a) Gabi is a better choice than Kate and b) Gabi can mold Jake into a man more like sophisticated Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash).
It’d be fun to see Gabi and Vivian form a dangerous alliance. Since these two are such wildcards, anything could happen!
