Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope Brady’s (Kristian Alfonso) family will count on getting the real Hope back. DOOL fans know Hope was transformed into Princess Gina Von Amberg and insists it can’t be undone. Fortunately, that’s not true – although fixing this will involve a tricky procedure.
Once Hope was injected by Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay), he implanted Princess Gina’s memories through a chip that needs to be removed. The surgery will come with some risks during the week of March 16-20. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will want to prepare Hope’s family for a negative outcome just in case.
After all, no one can say for sure how Dr. Rolf’s crazy tactics work, especially since the rules always seem to change! One time E.J. DiMera (James Scott) can be revived through an injection in the morgue. Another time brain-dead Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) is too far gone to save. Days writers just make it up as they go along.
Kayla might suggest that Princess Gina’s memories may have overridden the old ones over time. There’s also the possibility that Hope won’t have any memories at all. Kayla might contend that Hope could have amnesia or even land in a catatonic state. This is Dr. Rolf’s wild hocus-pocus, so Kayla may not be able to predict how things will turn out.
However, Hope is already gone as far as her family’s concerned. As Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) pointed out, Princess Gina is a homicidal maniac. This isn’t his mom – not really anyway. If this is the only “Hope” they can have, even Hope herself wouldn’t want to live.
Hope would be the first person in line telling Shawn and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) to take the gamble. She’d want a shot at getting her life back, even if it put her very existence on the line.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ciara and Shawn will push for the procedure knowing the risks. They’ll just have to hope for the best and prepare for the worst in case this operation ends in disaster.
Thankfully, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Hope will live and get back to normal soon enough. It’ll take a bit longer for Stefano DiMera aka Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) story to wrap up, but at least the end is near for Princess Gina. DOOL fans can expect some warm reunions once Hope’s finally awakened and can be there for her kids.
