Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Trump impeachment trial coverage will affect the NBC soap’s schedule. No official announcement has been made by the show, but Wally Kurth (Justin Kiriakis) offered confirmation on the looming preemptions. He wanted to make sure DOOL viewers were aware so they wouldn’t miss a minute of the action!
After a fan tweeted about this week’s episodes possibly being interrupted, Kurth quickly chimed in. “And we WILL be preempted this week,” Kurth said. “So, be vigilant and find us here or on the NBC App. Don’t miss these eps. @nbcdays.” The “here” Kurth referred to was NBC.com, which is a great place to check out if you miss any Days of Our Lives episodes and need to catch up.
We should note that DOOL Head Writer Ron Carlivati retweeted Kurth’s tweet, so it’s safe to say some schedule interruptions are coming. Fortunately, no episodes will be held back if Days follows their typical pattern.
It’s smart to go ahead and give fans the shows they’re waiting on – particularly since the drama’s really getting hot. Days of Our Lives fans have waited long enough for time jump revelations!
Speaking of those time jump revelations, there are many more to come as this week’s special event continues. It’ll be Mother’s Day all week long, so we’ll see Adrienne Kiriakis’ (Judi Evans) heartbreaking death along with Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) baby swap.
Xander will switch Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) deceased baby for Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) perfectly healthy one.
Of course, Haley Chen (Thia Megia) will also tumble down the stairs at the hospital and meet a grim fate of her own. Days of Our Lives spoilers say flashbacks will show Kristen lashing out in a moment of grief.
Kristen is to blame for Haley’s death, so we’ll soon see JJ Deveraux’s (Casey Moss) initial reaction to the loss and how he started down that vengeful path.
Again, Days fans can expect preemptions, but it doesn’t look like any episodes will be pushed back. That means you’ll have to seek the episodes out online, but it sounds like it’ll be worth the effort! Some exciting scenes are definitely in store.
