Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that a couple of big returns are on the way – and they’ll be teaming up to wreak havoc! DOOL fans know Clyde Weston (James Read) and Orpheus (George DelHoyo) are both stuck behind bars, but they’ll get back in the action soon. There was talk about Orpheus being transferred, but it seems he’ll cross paths with Clyde anyway.
It won’t be long until a complicated, dangerous alliance forms. Orpheus and Clyde have been partners in crime in the past, but there’s always a bit of a power struggle when multiple villains are involved.
Nevertheless, DOOL spoilers say it looks like Clyde and Orpheus will put another escape plot in motion. Days spoilers suggest Orpheus and Clyde will soon steal their freedom!
Of course, we should point out something extremely important. Days of Our Lives spoilers say all this Orpheus and Clyde drama will erupt during the week of October 19-23. At some point that week, the show will kick off a separate mini storyline that was inserted to adjust airdates.
Days of Our Lives skipped preemptions that caused them to get a bit ahead. If DOOL had left things as they were, fans would’ve seen Christmas in early December!
The show needed a way to get things back on track, so Days Head Writer Ron Carlivati pitched an idea for a short story that lasts about seven or eight episodes.
Some exciting comebacks will be part of this storyline – and that’s presumably where Orpheus and Clyde will come in. Since DOOL’s fall promo featured Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly), there’s a good chance he’ll be part of all this, too.
Based on the other Days of Our Lives spoilers that are happening around then, it’s very possible this will all be a dream – kind of like a Halloween episode except it’ll be happening over the course of several episodes instead.
This is meant to be a fun departure from the usual action, so just keep in mind that it may not be “real.”
Regardless, it’ll be great to see James Read back as Clyde and George DelHoyo back as Orpheus. Trouble’s always just around the corner whenever these two are in town! We’ll offer updates as other DOOL news pops up.
