Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will continue to plot against Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) and the Deveraux family. DOOL viewers know Gwen’s got a multi-phase plot that’s set to do even more damage, but she’s already had some close calls.
There’ll be more opportunities for Gwen to get caught as this scheme moves along.
Of course, we have to consider who might be the one to figure out Gwen’s not as sweet and innocent as she seems. Abigail thinks Gwen’s a true friend, so she probably won’t change her mind about that anytime soon.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) has had a few suspicions about Gwen, but she’ll distract him with her upcoming plot and most likely throw him off the trail.
Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) will be caught up in the drama Gwen creates and may not be all that concerned about trying to prove she’s behind it. Then, we’ve got Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain).
Like Abigail, they also believe Gwen’s a sweetheart of a gal and are focused on their broken marriage rather than poking around into Gwen’s ulterior motives.
That leaves JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss), who could use more of a story if he’s going to stick around for a little while. Days of Our Lives spoilers say JJ will still be in Salem for Thanksgiving, so could he extend his stay through the rest of the holiday season?
Perhaps JJ will have a good reason to remain in town and do some investigating.
JJ tried to talk to Gwen at Jennifer and Jack’s anniversary party, but she blew him off. Days fans know Gwen obviously had more important things on her mind – like destroying Jack and Jenn’s marriage.
At some point, JJ could easily make a connection or two and wonder if there’s more than meets the eye when it comes to Gwen.
As a former detective, JJ’s the perfect person to realize Gwen’s up to no good. Could JJ follow the clues and expose Gwen’s plot against his family? Abigail is at the center of Gwen’s plans for destruction, but Gwen obviously wants the whole Deveraux clan to suffer.
As more and more things start to go wrong, JJ might look into Gwen’s background and learn some shockers.
Since it appears Gwen is Jack’s vengeful long-lost daughter, maybe JJ will get some hints and reveal that bombshell sooner than Gwen intends! Whatever the case, it feels like JJ could fit into this story in some interesting ways.
