Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Judi Evans Thanks Fans For Health Crisis Support – Shares Personal Note From Hospital Bed

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers has some news to pass on about Judi Evans, who has portrayed both Adrienne Kiriakis and Bonnie Lockhart on the NBC soap. As you might be aware, Judi has been in the hospital for several weeks after suffering a fall while horseback riding. But her problems unfortunately only began with the fall.

Shortly after Judi’s fall, her medical team revealed that she had a pulmonary embolism, or a blot clot or clots in her lungs. This is a life-threatening condition which needs to be watched carefully. As it turns out, Judi also suffered clots in her legs which required surgery and nearly required her legs to be amputated.

And if all of that weren’t enough, Judi also contracted COVID-19 while in the hospital. The virus is known to be associated with blood clots, which may explain why Judi had clots in her legs and in her lungs.

Judi remains in the hospital, and her publicist Howie Simon has now posted an update about the DOOL star on Facebook, where he’s been giving fans regular updates on Judi’s condition.

Howie said: “A note from Judi Evans to all her friends, family, and fans for the prayers and support the last 6 months. She’s been reading the Facebook messages from everyone.”

Judi was also pictured smiling and holding up a handwritten note from her hospital bed saying: “Thank you!! Your love and prayers and support meant the world to me!!” Judi also appeared on Good Morning America earlier this week, where she spoke briefly about her health ordeal.

As you might be aware, Judi’s son Austin Luciano passed away back in December 2019, so when Judi refers to the past six months, she’s surely referring to that tragic loss.

Fans have been steadfast in their support of Judi since Austin’s passing, and they have been reaching out on Facebook and Twitter with well-wishes during Judi’s current health crisis.

Wally Kurth, who portrays Justin Kiriakis on DOOL, posted an update on Twitter about Judi as well. Wally wrote: “Judi is feeding better and hoping to get home soon. She certainly appreciates all the love and prayers sent her way.”

We send our best wishes to Judi as she continues to recover. It’s great to see her smiling and responding to her fans, and we can’t wait for her to get better. Stick with the NBC soap and don’t forget to check CDL often for the latest Days of Our Lives spoilers, news, and daily recaps.
