Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) is soon going to be in some serious trouble. As DOOL viewers know, she’s got a Valentine’s Day wedding coming up to Eli Grant (Lamon Archey). And sure, she loves Eli on some level, but the main reason for her wedding is all part of her big revenge plan against Lani Price (Sal Stowers). She’s been furious with Lani ever since Lani shot Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) in the line of duty and she vowed revenge.
Well, Gabi has certainly had a good revenge run. She managed to gain control of the pacemaker implanted in Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) heart and used it to blackmail Lani into dumping Eli at the alter at their wedding. Lani then fled Salem in order to protect Julie and out of anguish over what she had to do to Eli.
Of course, this means that Gabi has been in control of Julie’s heart for over a year. And in that time Julie and Gabi have become quite close. DOOL viewers will remember that that two women couldn’t stand each other before Stefan’s death, but after he died and Julie learned that Gabi gave her Stefan’s heart, things changed between them. They buried the hatchet and became good friends.
In fact, the two women are so close that Julie is thrilled with the fact that Gabi will be marrying her grandson Eli. She’s even going to be officiating Eli and Gabi’s wedding, so she’ll have a front-row seat to their union…and to the blowup that will occur there. Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Lani will end up crashing the wedding, and it looks like there will be a huge scene, and chaos will ensue.
In fact, by the time all is said and done at the wedding, Lani will crash the thing, Julie will end up collapsing, and Gabi will make a huge admission that’s going to lead to her arrest by her own brother Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). It should be quite the scene, and there will be a lot that’s going to come out about what Gabi did to Lani, and to Eli.
And of course, we can’t forget about what Gabi has done to Julie. She basically held her heart hostage for over a year and could have (and would have) killed Julie at any time, just to get back at Lani. Something tells us that once the dust settles and Julie finds out about what Gabi was willing to do to her in order to settle a score, then a major war is going to break out.
Julie will likely turn on Gabi again, and things could get ugly. In fact, the feud between the two women will almost certainly be on again, and it will probably be even more intense than it was before. Who knows what Julie will try to do to Gabi, but she’ll surely want to see to it that Gabi pays the price for holding her life in her hands and threatening to kill her on a dime.
At any rate, it looks like Gabi is going to be in some major legal trouble going forward, will be arrested, and she could even go to prison again. And Julie will probably be right there leading the charge! Do you think that we’ll see an all-out war between Julie and Gabi going forward?
