Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will look forward to spending 2021 with their newborn twins.
After the birth of their son and daughter, Eli and Lani will feel like they’re on top of the world. Since this couple finally patched things up before Lani went into labor, there’s nothing standing in the way of their happy family anymore – or so they think!
It turns out a major threat is looming like a dark cloud over the “Elani” fam. Days spoilers say Lani and Eli’s babies are at risk, so let’s talk about what’s next. DOOL fans can expect a mysterious figure to appear at the hospital.
Although viewers won’t see this person’s face, we’ll definitely see that someone’s hanging around in the shadows and watching those twins closely.
After the babies spend some time with Mom and Dad, they’ll be sent to the nursery. That’ll leave Eli and Lani to settle on names for their twins and make some grand plans. There’ll probably be a lot of talk about what’ll happen after they take their baby boy and baby girl home.
Lani and Eli may be a bit nervous about diaper duty, midnight feedings, incessant crying and all the other adventures of new parenthood. It’ll be twice as hard since Eli and Lani will have two babies to juggle. However, you can bet Lani and Eli will resolve to tackle whatever challenges head their way together.
That’s great news since a HUGE obstacle is in this DOOL couple’s future. It turns out Eli and Lani won’t even get a chance to take their newborns home and settle into life with them.

As you can imagine, total panic will erupt for these new parents. Eli and Lani will resolve to do everything in their power to bring their son and daughter home.
There’ll be a real team effort since so many people care about “Elani” around town. Between their loved ones and everybody at the Salem PD, there’ll be no shortage of search party members and people out looking for clues.
Days spoilers don’t offer confirmation on who’s behind this kidnapping plot just yet, but Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) might be a good option. We know Vivian is coming back on the scene to stir up trouble in 2021 – and Lani has certainly been a target of Vivian’s in the past.
