Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) have a big surprise headed their way. DOOL fans know the newlyweds faced some scary moments after the explosion at the church. Eli and Lani were certainly worried about the health of their unborn child, but they were ultimately relieved to find out the baby was just fine.
The stakes are high since Lani and Eli already suffered through a horrible loss when David Abraham Grant died. Lani wasn’t even sure she could go through with another pregnancy at first. The idea of potentially facing another loss like that was almost too much to bear.

For starters, notice this isn’t a horrifying discovery or a devastating discovery. It’s simply a case where Eli and Lani are surprised by some updates, so the clues seemingly point so something positive here.
Will Lani and Eli learn she’s pregnant with twins? That seems like a great way to go with this story. It’s been a while since someone had twin babies on Days, so this could bring a fresh spin on the whole pregnancy thing.
Plus, double the babies means double the concerns for Eli and Lani. If you thought they were worried about one baby, can you imagine how worried they’d be about two? Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eli will continue to be Lani’s rock, but you can bet he’d battle some apprehension of his own.
Of course, preparing for two children instead of one brings other challenges. It means paying for twice as many diapers and other baby supplies. Lani and Eli would also have to think about things like another college tuition. It’s easy to see how a DOOL twin shocker would be good news yet completely overwhelming.
