Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will soon get some harrowing news. As DOOL viewers know, she has recently returned to Salem with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) from Italy, where both women were preparing to be nuns. Well, Lani has been keeping her act going and pretending to be a nun, as she regroups and figures out what to do about Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus).
Of course, Gabi is still blackmailing Lani by threatening to kill Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) by blowing up her heart with the pacemaker app she’s got on her phone.
Lani would like to blow Gabi’s blackmail plot out of the water, but right now she’s just not sure how to do that. Gabi still has the upper hand.
As DOOL viewers know, Lani wasn’t at all thrilled to learn that Gabi had embarked on a relationship with Eli Grant (Lamon Archey). That really just added insult to injury, since Gabi was the one who was responsible for Lani’s breakup with Eli in the first place.
Gabi threatened to kill Julie unless Lani dumped Eli at the altar, which she had no choice but to do.
Luckily for Lani, she’s recently received some help from JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss), whom she told all about how Gabi had sabotaged her wedding to Eli and still (literally) holds Julie’s life in her hands. JJ has tried to disable the app on Gabi’s phone, but so far has had no luck.
Well, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers, Lani will soon get some more horrible news. It was bad enough when she found out that Gabi and Eli were a couple, but soon Lani will learn that Eli popped the question and that he and Gabi are now engaged.
That’s surely going to enrage Lani, and it looks like she’ll freak out and barely be able to contain her rage.
Wouldn’t it be great if Lani set out to totally ruin Gabi’s wedding with Eli? It would certainly be fitting, since Gabi ruined Lani’s wedding to Eli a year ago. DOOL spoilers say that Lani will want to stop the wedding.
Perhaps she and JJ will put their heads together and come up with some way of thwarting the wedding and Gabi’s entire relationship with Eli. It would be fun to see Lani plot some serious revenge against her nemesis.
Perhaps she and JJ could find a way to secretly disable the pacemaker app on Gabi’s phone without Gabi knowing it and set up a way to expose Gabi’s willingness to kill Eli’s grandmother to get what she wants. That would certainly shock Eli and would surely prompt him to dump Gabi pronto.
We’ll see what happens here, but we suspect that Lani might plot some serious revenge that’s commensurate with what Gabi did to ruin Lani’s relationship with Eli.
