Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that despite Jake Lambert’s (Brandon Barash) best efforts to keep the cops out of the mob drama, they’ll be brought into it anyway. During the week of June 15-19, Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will join the hunt for Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus).
That’ll probably be thanks to Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis’ (Freddie Smith) persistent questions. Will and Sonny will understandably be worried about Gabi – both as their friend and as Arianna Horton’s (Sydney Brower) mother. One way or another, Eli and Lani will become part of the fight to bring Gabi home.
Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will be busy working the Gwen (Emily O’Brien) angle thanks to Claire Brady’s (Olivia Rose Keegan) information. It looks like Claire will reveal that Gwen’s at Bayview, so Ben and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will end up heading over there to pay Gwen a visit.
The goal will be getting this valuable item back that Jake stole, which was then stolen by Gwen. Whether Ben and Marlena can retrieve that item or not, there may be some clues for Eli and Lani to follow. They’re excellent detectives, so they should be able to follow the trail somehow.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say this rescue mission will heat up, but we can’t ignore a major concern. Lani’s pregnant and terrified of losing another baby like lost David Grant. She’s trying to stay cautiously optimistic with Eli’s help, but that’s tough when she went through so much grief.
It was a long time before Lani could truly move on with her life, so she doesn’t want to go through another loss.
Now that Lani and Eli have committed to having this baby, Days spoilers say the stakes are high. They’ll raise them even more by going on this dangerous mission, which could easily put Lani’s baby at risk.
DOOL fans know Lani got rattled after a little drink spill in the town square. If Lani was that upset over something like that, she’s bound to have some moment of terror as this Gabi showdown looms.
Lani is on edge anyway, but her fears may be warranted if this mission takes a terrible turn. Jake pointed out just how dangerous these guys are. It’s doubtful Lani will actually lose the baby, but it’s probably safe to say we can expect a scare. Lani will likely end up in tears over some shocking incident, which could sink her back into a petrified place.
