Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will have two very different strategies soon. Sarah tends to be pretty levelheaded due to her experience as a doctor.
It’s true that Sarah went a bit off the rails when she kidnapped Rachel Black (Josephine and Rosalind May), but those were unique circumstances.
Most days, Sarah tries to be sensible and careful. That’s definitely the mode she’ll be in when it comes to the proof against Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson). Xander will latch on to the evidence as power, but it’ll be dangerous in his hands.
Naturally, Sarah will advise Xander to cool it and think before he acts. She’ll want to play this just right, but Xander’s not a patient man – nor does he want to leave Philip any wiggle room. Xander may feel like the longer he waits to expose Philip, the more likely it becomes that Philip will cover his tracks.
As the new year kicks off, Xander will make some bold moves against Sarah’s wishes. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sarah will try to stop Xander, but it’ll be no use. By the time Xander makes these daring moves of his, it’ll be too late. Xander’s hot temper will manage to blow things up in the worst way possible.
Of course, the worst way possible is to infuriate the mob – and that’s exactly what Xander will do. Days spoilers say the mob will indeed become a bigger part of this DOOL story, so the drama will take a terrible turn. Xander will set a series of events in motion with consequences that could prove deadly.
Xander may come to regret his actions if this situation spirals out of control and potentially puts Sarah’s life in jeopardy. Due to Sarah’s plan to get closer to Philip, there might even be some confusion on the mob’s part.
It’s easy to imagine a misunderstanding where Sarah is kidnapped to force Philip to pay up. The assumption might be that Sarah is Philip’s girlfriend or at least someone who matters to him.
There’s also the matter of Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) vanishing act. Ava’s mob family might come to believe Philip had something to do with that and take a hostage in return. Sarah’s recent time with Philip could make her a target.
Then again, the mob might blame Xander for ruining the money-laundering scheme. They could abduct Sarah and insist Xander must pay what Philip owes. Regardless, this could turn into new predicament where Sarah is held captive and fears death!
It’d be fitting for Xander to blow things up – only for Sarah to get caught in life-threatening mob mayhem. Panicked Xander may have to swoop in and save Sarah after making a mess. Philip and Xander might even have to work together, which would be the ultimate twist of fate.
