Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, June 22, tease that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) will get updates on Claire Brady’s (Olivia Rose Keegan) visit to see Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal). Since Claire is Shawn’s daughter and Ciara is his sister, that certainly puts Shawn in a tight spot. Shawn will show up to see Ciara and try to figure out exactly where things stand.
Ciara may admit the encounter made her a bit uneasy at first, but she’s trying to give Claire a chance. Claire wound up spilling what she knew about Gwen (Emily O’Brien), which proved she was making an effort, too. Although Claire’s info didn’t work out like Ciara hoped, the fact that Claire was willing to help was important.
Will Ciara also mention that Claire wants to be her maid of honor? If so, Shawn will probably point out that Ciara doesn’t have to cave in. Shawn may add that Claire should’ve have been so pushy about that, but Ciara will get that Claire’s hoping to make amends.
Later, Ciara and Shawn will join Claire, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) at the townhouse. Since Claire revealed Gwen info and eventually urged Gwen to do the right thing about the book, Ciara will offer her gratitude.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ciara will hug Claire, which will leave Shawn beaming and hopeful about their reconnection.
Of course, Claire’s been getting into some trouble thanks to her deception, so Marlena’s warned her to be honest from now on. Unfortunately, there’s still a secret that could come back to bite Claire.
When Marlena confronted Claire about the save-the-date card for the “Cin” wedding, Claire lied and said her parents gave it to her. Shawn could easily expose Claire’s dishonesty if Marlena brings it up.
However, DOOL may keep a lid on that since Claire’s slowly winning Ciara’s trust back. If they’re going to set Claire up for a fall, things have to go her way for a while! As for Hope, she’ll get a heartfelt apology from Claire on Monday. Days spoilers say Claire will assure Hope she’s deeply sorry for the pain she caused Ciara.
Hope’s priority has to be her daughter, but she obviously loves Claire as well. It looks like Hope will accept Claire’s apology and get on board the reconciliation bandwagon. Hope will be proud of Ciara for giving Claire a shot at proving herself, even though there’ll be lingering concerns.
Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will remain worried about Claire’s presence in Salem, but he’ll just keep supporting Ciara as best as he can. Across town, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will have a fierce argument. As Gabi prepares for court, Chad will hope she goes down in a big way!
Gabi will stand by her innocence and lash out at Chad for getting in her face. Harsh words will be exchanged before Gabi exits, but Days spoilers say Chad will shift gears and talk to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) next. After Chad offers the latest news on Abigail, he’ll be hopeful along with Jack that Gabi will get locked up.
At Statesville, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) will bicker in the visiting area. Rafe’s desperate to get a confession out of Dr. Rolf, but it’ll cost him!
Dr. Rolf has nothing to gain by revealing info about his secret accomplice – not unless Rafe’s willing to put an enticing deal on the table. Rafe will negotiate with Dr. Rolf, but there’s bound to be clashing over the details.
Dr. Rolf will be in touch with someone over the phone on Monday, so he might give his secret partner a heads-up on Rafe’s interest. At the garage, Gwen and Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) will continue indulging in some passionate moments.
Their shouting match ended with them making out and starting to strip down, so we’ll see if they heat things up or pump the brakes.
