Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, June 8, tease that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will give Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) a warm welcome home. Belle and Shawn will be back in town to weigh in on the Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) situation. Marlena’s ready to recommend Claire’s release, but Shawn and Belle need to give their approval, too.
Once Marlena admits she thinks Claire’s well enough to leave Bayview, Belle and Shawn will be on the same page. Days spoilers say Claire’s release will be on a trial basis, but they’ll all think this is great news.
As Marlena told John, Claire will need to be supervised once she’s in the real world again. Shawn and Belle will think they can supervise Claire back in Hong Kong, so that’s what they’ll suggest.
However, Days spoilers say that’s not going to work for Claire once Belle and Shawn arrive to tell her. Claire insist she needs to stay in Salem with Marlena and try to make things up to Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal).
Claire’s hoping she can be in Ciara’s wedding party if everything goes according to plan. Of course, Claire won’t make a big deal about the “Cin” nuptials in front of her parents.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Claire won’t want Gwen blabbing either. Since Claire stole the save-the-date card from Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) shrink, that could sound pretty obsessive and crazy.
Claire assured Gwen that she’s not a “vindictive bitch” anymore, so she’ll count on Gwen to keep her mouth shut about this wedding and everything they’ve talked about.
Meanwhile, Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) will run into Shawn in the town square and enjoy a happy reunion with her son. That should be when Hope gets updates on Claire’s imminent release.
Shawn will probably let Hope know that it’s not a done deal yet, but things have been set in motion for Claire to come home.
Soon after, Hope will pass that news along to Ciara and Ben. DOOL fans know Ben and Ciara were actually just talking about Claire. Ciara was adamant that she didn’t want Claire back in her life – not if Claire’s going to be like she was before. When Ciara learns Claire could actually rejoin society, she’ll battle some serious concerns.
Hope will reassure Ciara, and Shawn will probably do the same when he runs into his sister. Even so, Ciara will be nervous about Claire causing more drama once she’s free. At least Ben and Ciara will have the distraction of helping Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) search for Gwen, who’s also a patient at Bayview.
Speaking of Jake, he’ll get a visit from Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) at the garage. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Will and Sonny will realize Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) has disappeared – and they’ll suspect this has something to do with Jake.
Ben will eventually get grilled as well, but Jake and Ben may be hesitant to divulge too much. Gabi could die if the cops are brought into this, so Jake will do everything he can to make sure the Salem PD stays out of it!
