Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, May 25, tease that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will offer Abe Carver (James Reynolds) a warning. Nicole will think hiring Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) is only going to end in disaster, but Abe will insist on giving Kate a chance. Abe has his fair share of issues with Kate, but he can’t deny that she knows her stuff.
Of course, there’s the potential for love to bloom between Abe and Kate since that’s just how soaps tend to roll. It’ll be interesting to see if sparks ultimately fly, but Nicole won’t have a good feeling about this either way!
However, Nicole will soon turn her attention to a night on the town. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will have a romantic evening in store for his love – and he’ll end it with something special.
At Julie’s Place, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Eric will eventually get down on one knee and ask Nicole to marry him. DOOL fans can expect Nicole to accept Eric’s proposal, so “Ericole” will be engaged at last!
Nicole and Eric don’t have any dark clouds hanging over their relationship for once. There are no troubling secrets or huge hurdles, so this wedding is actually going to happen.
In the meantime, Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) will talk Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) out of going with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
Orpheus (George DelHoyo) just called to set up the exchange, but Kayla won’t think it’s a good idea for Justin to tag along. Justin will reluctantly back down, so Steve and Marlena will meet with Orpheus without Justin present.
Days spoilers say Orpheus will be pleased when he gets confirmation on the $15 million he demanded. Surprisingly, Orpheus will be willing to give John back to Marlena. Once John’s free, he’ll embrace Marlena and be glad he made it out of this hostage situation alive.
As for Orpheus, he won’t get very far thanks to Steve. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Steve will knock Orpheus out before hauling him down to the Salem PD. Over with Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), they’ll be on a desperate mission to find David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends).
After taking Orpheus’ call, Zoey Burge (Alyshia Ochse) secretly agreed to follow her dad’s orders. However, Zoey’s been quite distraught about the possibility of losing David. Orpheus and Christian Maddox aka Evan Frears have turned against Zoey, so keeping David in Zoey’s life is important to her.
Zoey may fear Rafe will shut her out of the picture if he takes David back, especially now that she’s proven she can’t be trusted. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Rafe will take a bullet on Tuesday, so Zoey may be the one who pulls a gun on Monday. That sounds like it’d be an exciting cliffhanger!
