Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, November 9, tease that Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will prepare to blab exactly what’s in that letter from Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) to Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). Abigail is practically shaking with anticipation, and the guests are anxiously awaiting the secret spillage.
However, it turns out Abigail will get sick before she can get into the details. Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) encouraged Abigail to drink, so Abby’s been downing glass after glass of Champagne.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say all that alcohol will catch up with Abigail, so it looks like she’ll run out of the room to throw up.
As luck would have it, Abigail will apparently drop the letter before she goes. DOOL fans can expect Kate to dive for it immediately.
Kate will be desperate to stop the truth getting out, but Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will snatch that letter up and read it herself.
Abigail mentioned how Jack would turn that hourglass over every morning, but there was one morning when he didn’t.
Days will deliver some fake flashbacks to explain what happened the night before. We’ll see everything that led to a disheveled Jack rushing in the next day and catching Abigail off guard.
It looks like Jack gave up hope and sought comfort in Kate’s arms…and in her bed. After some teary moments, Jack presumably slept with Kate and then realized he was late to turn the hourglass by Jennifer’s bedside. This letter will reveal everything to Jennifer, who’ll naturally be furious.
Jack planned to come clean after Jennifer woke up, but he kept putting it off until he finally just decided to let it go. After all, Jack and Jennifer were happy. There was no reason to hurt Jennifer with the news of his betrayal – at least that’s how Jack will feel about it.
Of course, Jennifer won’t feel the same way, so that’ll lead to a heated argument that ends with Jennifer slapping Jack across the face. In the meantime, the party will break up and send Kate home to lean on Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash).
Kate will assure Jake that she never meant to cause pain, so Jake should understand how easy it is to get caught up in a moment of passion.
In fact, another one of those is coming up between Jake and Kate! Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kate and Jake will surrender to their attraction to each other in the week ahead, so stay tuned.
Until then, Gwen will pat herself on the back and consider this a job well done. This party was certainly the disaster Gwen hoped it would be and more!
