Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that a new man will enter Claire Brady’s (Isabel Durant) life, but will it lead to true love or perhaps the perfect alliance? That’s tough to say, but we do know a new intern named Charlie will cross paths with Claire. On October 7, DOOL fans can expect Claire to meet Charlie and get to know him a little bit.
Of course, it’s easy to make snap judgements, so Charlie and Claire may not get off to a great start. An audition video for a character named “Oliver” surfaced last month, which pointed to a guy spilling coffee and getting on Claire’s bad side.
It also suggested “Oliver” was good with computers and was friends with Will Horton (Chandler Massey).
However, there were some other details in the dialogue that don’t line up with what we’re seeing on screen just yet – like Claire telling “Oliver” she’s already taken.
In other words, “Oliver” may or may not turn out to be this Charlie fella. The names and story details are often quite different by the time things actually hit the air.
Regardless, the overall theme of a tech geek who initially clashes with Claire could be the same. This might be the beginning of a new romance, though it’s pretty rare to put a new face with another new face.
Isabel Durant is still finding her footing as Claire, so it would be strange for the show to pair her up with another newbie so soon.
Maybe this tech geek angle is something to focus on instead. It’s possible Claire will eventually get on Charlie’s good side and seek his help with something.
Every soap needs a resident tech geek – and Days doesn’t have one around since Theo Carver (Kyler Pettis) is still living out of town. People usually have to call Theo for their long-distance tech needs!
It’d be nice to have a tech expert right there in Salem, so maybe Charlie could become one – at least for a while. Then again, maybe Claire could find love with Charlie down the road, too. You never know when sparks are going to fly on Days of Our Lives.
Whatever the case, Claire will surely use Charlie to her advantage one way or another. As other Days news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you posted.
